When the Cubs had clinched the NLCS, we had ordered a Giordano's pizza to eat at home during the game. So, we thought, why not keep the good karma going and repeat what we did to ensure a Cubs victory. We found Giordano's in Lincolnwood which was closer for us, so we ordered a large deep dish sausage and mushroom pizza. The staff could not have been friendlier. The pizza was done right on time and when we got home which was only a couple of minutes, it was still very hot. The pizza was delicious. But, alas, the Cubs lost the first game of the World Series - so much for karma!

We like to come to Martinoâs because the food and service are consistently good. I especially love the minestrone soup, and weâve enjoyed everything from pizza to authentic Italian entrees and have never been disappointed. This is a family-owned and family-run restaurant, and they work really hard to please their customers. They do a ton of carry out, and we like to eat in because they stay open late and, after traditional dining hours, the tables dwindle and itâs quiet enough to sit and talk and be heard. We recently brought friends here for the first time, and they loved it. Great place to which weâll keep coming back, even though we live nearly an hour away.

Where di I start... The Carol Stream location across from the PD is sooooo good. They use such good toppings and pile it on! There is no question when it comes to pizza as to where to buy, just what do we want for toppings. Our fav is the sausage, mushroom, green pepper, onion.

We stopped at this long-time restaurant and watering hole for a Saturday lunch. All of the college football games were on the many screens. I opted for a burger. My wife went Italian with Egg plant Parmesan. Her portion was like two so she took half home. I knocked off the burger but couldnât finish the coleslaw and cooked vegetables. Great service! Huge beer selection but a little early for us. Nice menu.

This fabulous Italian Restaurant is consistently excellent. Iâve never had a bad meal here. This time, we introduced our neighbors, a couple, to Caloâs to celebrate their recent nuptials. I had salmon, my spouse had pasta with chicken and veggies (and subsequently got three more meals out of the leftovers). Our neighbors got veal and pasta. They were over the moon happy with the food. Our server, Lou, was excellent as well. We will keep coming back.

We have settled on Lou Malnatiâs as our favorite pizza dining experience. We get our delivered. It is hot and you can ask for it precut or not. This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago. Reservations are recommended, and we were seated promptly upon our arrival. This is a busy place on a Friday night, energetic atmosphere, with families and couples of all ages. We had the Burrata special and grilled vegetables, and the pulpo as our appetizers. All delicious, but the Burrata was amazing, soft and creamy and a nice sized portion. Seemed most people ordered one pizza per person but since we had 3 apps, we ordered 3 pizzas for the 4 of us which was plenty. We had the Funghi, the Diavola, Prosciutto e Rucola. All delicious and cooked perfectly. Our service wa very good as well. When we were leaving they offered us mini homemade cannoli on the way out! YUMMY!! Highly recommend you give Spacca a try.

Four of us decided upon Graziano's Brick Oven Pizza for lunch. There was more than adequate parking. We were seated immediately and were brought menus and our server took our drink order. Two of the items that we ordered were chicken marsala and the other was an Italian salad. The service was very efficient and attentive and our server was very personable. The prices were reasonable and the portions were ample. We found everything to be delicious.

A friend was heading back home, but she wanted to take a couple of Chicago-style pizzas back with her. We decided on Lou Malnati's as the nearest and also one of the best of the Chicago-style pizzas. We went to this Lou Malnati's where they had a nice selection of frozen pizzas She selected three different types - a spinach, a sausage and a pepperoni pizza. Now packed away in her suitcase, they're winging their way back to San Francisco to spread some Chicago-style pizza cheer.
