On our way to the airport we paid Vicino a visit to have diner. The service was good and friendly, and the dish we ordered (we both had the Vicino's Burger) arrived rather quickly. Unfortunately the beef was just too rare for our taste (the waiter did not ask our preference during ordering), but as we had a plane to catch, we didn't had the time to have it reheated on the grill. Also the Gruyère cheese wasn't my cup of tea, so overall it was a slightly disappointing experience. On the other hand our waiter wanted to be helpful, and offered us a free espresso afterwards (which we had to refuse due to our tight travelling schedule). Therefore I would give Vicino another chance (without Gruyère) next time.

Excellent food and very friendly staff. This place is 200% better than the place on the bahnhofstrasse. The Döners are the best. Fresh veggies, tasty meat, and the sauce is wonderful. Nice that they do not drown the döner is the sauce. My family always comes here when we want to eat out!

Looking for a place to eat on monday evening at 19:30. Looked at places that should have been open according to trip advisor but were in fact closed on mondays. But I was lucky that a nice guy pointed me towards Kaffi. I felt welcome from the first moment although I do not speak any german. The food is good, and the service friendly. Do not expect magic culinary dishes, but a paste or pizza they can absolutely make nicely

Pizzerien gibt's an jeder Ecke. Und auch wer gewisse Ansprüche hat, beugt sich oft der eigenen Faulheit, bestellt oder isst irgendwo in der Region und stellt die Bequemlichkeit über einen langen Anfahrtsweg - es sei denn, etwas ist richtig, richtig, so richtig gut.Wie Temiz' Pizza in der Ziefner Tanne. Da wird auch der gute Italiener neidisch. Knusprig, frisch und selbst bei Lieferung schmeckt es als wäre sie gerade aus dem Holzofen gekommen. Ein absoluter Knaller und wohl nicht mehr lange ein Geheimtipp.Dazu kommt ein persönlicher, freundlicher Service und blitzschnelle Lieferung - letzteres mag daran liegen, dass die Tanne erst kurz wieder offen ist, es ist zu hoffen dass es so bleibt.Der Abholer-Preis von CHF 14.- pro Pizza ist dabei für die Schweiz fast schon unverschämt günstig.Vielleicht als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: während die Pizzen ihresgleichen suchen, haben die restlichen Menues noch etwas Potential - als Tipp also vorerst mal die Pizza bestellen und sehen wie sich der Rest entwickelt.Grosses (pizzakulinarisches) Kino. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Anbietern der Region eine ganz eigene Liga.

I ordered some pizza for the family.Was quite shocked by the price but my wife told me the pizza is good.I ordered home delivery with a time window of 3 h in advance prior to delivery.30 min before delivery should take place, the restaurant calls me to convey that they will be min 45 min late.Great. Tell this to my hungry kids.I decided for self pick up. When I arrived I was gruntly greeted and the pizza cartons were thrown at me. Paid by maestro and the waiter was expecting tip which I didn't give after all what happened.I said good bye and didn't get anything back.Won't go/order there any more. Pizza was 4 of 10 points and super expensive.I cannot recommend this place.

Direkt auf dem Gleis 1 am Bahnhof Liestal befindet sich das l'angolo dolce. Bei Wartezeiten auf den nächsten Zug erhält man hier Torten, Kuchen, Pizza, Focaccia und (für mich) hausgemachte Gelati. Pro Kugel nur Fr. 2.50. Anderweitig habe ich auch schon das Doppelte bezahlt... Zudem schmeckt das Eis sehr gut. Wieso also nicht?
