Italian style street food. Home made pizza and best quality products.
This restaurant is easy to walk past but is much better than it looks from the road. The food is reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and the view over the town and lake is lovely.

This is one of the better Pizza venues in Bellagio situated off the front as you walk towards the point. Tables outside and inside clean place with friendly staff. We ate Pizza and Pasta. Pizza won definitely give this place a visit if in Town

Hot and cold dishes to take away. Own production.
We had the fortune of simply walking by while strolling the streets/hills of Bellagio to find this restaurant, how fortunate for us.We received a warm, friendly greeting and were seated and served by a very nice guy GiGi (pronounced gee gee) and I totally apologize for not spelling his name correctly, my apologies, a very polite guy who spoke great English which we always, always appreciate, thanks. We asked him to pick our meals for us which he gladly did and the choices were great, Parma ham with fresh figs, if you love both of these you must order this dish, large portion for sure! more than enough for one person, we shared.Second dish, pasta with black truffles, seriously??? it just can't get a lot better than this dish, pasta cooked to perfection (al dente, thanks very much!) COVERED in freshly shaved black truffles, we were told they were in season, who were we to argue. And the wine, I love Italy...simply ask for red table wine, usually a liter is good, half-liter if you must...The quality is fantastic and hard to believe it's simple table wine, love Italy!So...plan on going to this place for a lunch, mid-day, you'll love it, we did, and would go back in a second!

We ate in this restaurant a number of times throughout our stay in Lake Como, both lunch and dinner times. The food is lovely, very tasty. Staff are friendly, however there was an odd one that was not that nice at times and was extremely grumpy when we moved tables so we could watch the Grand Prix. Our regular waitress was always friendly and provided good service always. I am afraid we didn't get her name but she had dread locks in her hair, she is an asset to the restaurant.

We were cutting it close to the afternoon closing, and initially the staff didn't seem too happy to have tourist walking in so close to their break, but they served us all the same. We thoroughly enjoyed a couple pizzas and salad; we equally enjoyed being surrounded by locals finishing their lunches and just took in the local flavor offered by this restaurant. By the time we were finished (which was before some of the locals), the staff was very friendly and appreciative of our very limited attempts to communicate in Italian. We would most definitely return for any meal.

The staff of "Crotto dei Pescatori" is pleased to invite you to visit one of the most evocative locations on Lake Como. Staying in our comfortable rooms or at the restaurant, in the midday brightness, when the sun brushes the mountaintops, or in the pink
Very good restaurant, good food, good ambience, friendly and efficient service, and reasonably priced. The only negative would be shortage of parking should you drive there!

Convenient overall. Nice views and good beer. Food is rather subpar for these parts. Pizza margarita with dried basil? I think not. Service was pretty fast and staff friendly. Good place to sit and relax and sip a negroni while watching activity on lake Como.Only takes cash, no credit cards

This part of Lake Como doesn't seem to be doing exceptionally well economically. We noticed a disproportionate number of seemingly closed businesses. There are hotels in this region, and there are probably worse places to base yourself if you're spending time on Lake Como, though the main hotel just up the street is horrendously expensive. We weren't staying here, however; we were here as part of a one day bus tour of the Lakes area. While two of us went to see the gardens of Villa Carlotta which are just up the road, the other two decided to just take a leisurely lunch by the lakeside. We stumbled across Helvetia rather than searching it out. And we are quite satisfied that we did. I've attached a picture showing the view from our table; it's across the road and onto the lake. It's therefore relaxing enough as long as you aren't on a deadline to meet up with a bus, which unfortunately we were. But nonetheless it's hard to complain about a view like that.Service was friendly and efficient; we were seated quickly and provided with menus, and the orders were taken and fulfilled promptly. Again, you can't really complain about that. One of us had cannelloni, and the other had lasagne. Again, I've included a picture of my lasagne. It wasn't exceptional, but it was certainly better than average. I enjoyed it. My partner thought that the cannelloni was about average. At the end, there were clean and well maintained bathrooms upstairs. The cost of the 2 dishes, a half litre of sparkling mineral water and a Coke zero was â¬25, which isn't excessive. This isn't a restaurant that I will probably remember in detail 2 years from now, but the food was good, not too expensive, and the atmosphere was good as well. If we had half star increments I would probably rate it as 3.5, but it's perhaps a little to the north of that so I will give it a 4. If you're looking for a place to eat either before or after visiting Villa Carlotta or perhaps a cruise from the nearby ferry wharf, you could do far worse than to go here. I'd be prepared to recommend it to a friend.

Telephone: 0344-55131 Our hotel, Hotel La Perla in Tremezzo, recommended this restaurant as having a more local flavor. I was surprised that is wasn't already in Tripadvisor, but went based on their strong recommendation (Hotel La Perla is well reviewed
Some of the locals we met raved about Il Cris but I wasnât impressed. Restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, up a hill that affords nice views of the lake. There is ample seating area inside and a large patio with outdoor seating - both covered and uncovered (see pic).I started with pasta with branzino and then had the lamb chops. By Italian standards, I felt both dishes were average. Service was fine but did leave something to be desired.
