Find out what Pizza restaurants to try in Lansing. The birthplace of the Oldsmobile and Michigan's automotive center, Lansing offers visitors a number of car-related sites like plant tours and automobile museums, but there are other forces driving this capital city. On the political side, there's the award-winning State Capitol Building, completely restored in 1992, where tourists are wowed by the glass-floor rotunda and acres of decorative handpainted surfaces. The Michigan Historical Museum, which boasts a great collection of items from Michigan's past, including a recreated copper mine, will please history buffs. Children and families will enjoy taking a camel ride at the Potter Park Zoo or spending the day biking through Sleepy Hollow State Park. On the cultural side, the nearby campus of Michigan State University is a must-see for the Kresge Museum and for the beautiful campus itself. Entertaining and educational attractions, great shopping, fabulous restaurants and a variety of affordable accommodations make Lansing worth the ride.

Family owned Italian American restaurant with a 160 seat banquet room. We serve Homemade Food, friendly service, kid friendly and able to handle large groups.
So my daughter graduated from MSU and picked this place for the after dinner. There were about 10 of us. We arrived and I was surprised at the out of the way place with outdated interior. The server was nice and and did a good job of getting our orders together on time. Most of the food was good, but the two pizzas we ordered were outstanding! Will definitely go there again when in the area.

A group of coworkers stopped in for a holiday lunch and were very impressed. With people who are gluten free and vegetarian, there were options for everyone. Everyone seemed to really love the food, and was impressed at the quick turn around of service for a group of eight.I had the vegan nachos, which were absolutely incredible. I'm already trying to plan when to go back and try the meatless chicken wings...My only complaint is that it was a little loud at lunch for a business meeting. But the food was good enough, I'd still probably do it again.Thank you for the review! The noise is an issue we are working on. We have only been reopened now for 6 months and have start sound proofing the restaurant. It has helped but we got more work to do. Iâm glad to hear you liked the vegan options. It was an addition to the menu we released this fall. Hope to see you again real soon at Artâs!

Blaze is something like a Chipotle/Panchero's with pizza instead of tortillas. Let's start out with the good.Employees are very nice and helpful!Place is clean. They offer a patio in case you prefer outdoors to indoors and cold AC.Their vegetables are very good. If you are a "basic" pizza eater, this could be the place for you to experiment with various combinations. Their original lemonade is as good as anyone other place in town. The not so good:Where their toppings fall short is in their meat selections (chicken, turkey meatballs, sausage) all taste like they were just pulled out of plastic bag from the freezer. Personally I would pay an extra $2 if they would cook the meat there in house instead of shipping it in. Fountain coke - tasted funny both visits (try the lemonade)Root beer - vanilla root beer - sorry I am a traditionalist when it comes to my root beer. All in all, very nice place at a decent price. I will return.

This is in the middle of Old Town on the banks of the Grand River. Great ambience. I enjoy a sandwich or baked potato when I eat here. The pizza ingredients could use some help. The meat is all pre-chopped and packaged it looks like. The do serve beer/wine and frequently have live music. All in their favor!

Restaurant & Sports Bar serving gourmet pizzas, burgers, wings & more in a relaxed space filled with TVs.
Our group decided to get an array of appetizers for our outing. We ordered appetizer specials: spinach artichoke dip, bread twists, pizza flight, chicken nachos and a non special of boneless wings. Nothing was outstanding. The little pizzas were super tiny and not that great. The chicken nachos had huge chunks of chicken which made them really hard to eat. There were supposed to be 15 boneless wings. More like tiny nuggets. Some were only about an inch in diameter (with the breading and sauce)! Very disappointing.

EagleMonk Pub and Brewery is a microbrewery that makes craft beer, wine, hard cider and soda on premises. We offer pub style service with house made pizza dough and sauce, paninis, and appetizers including house made spinach artichoke dip. It is a family
EagleMonk is off the beaten path and has a loyal local following of Lansing folks. Depending on the night, they have live music, trivia night, local artist displays, and a terrific pizza special on Sunday. We usually go with a group. While tiny, there always seems to be a way to fit a few more folks around a table. Besides several tasty beers they also have homemade soft drinks, including a spicy root beer. As an older person I do find it hard to hear sometimes, but that is common in brew pubs. They are closed on Monday.

Craft beer, boutique wine, classic cocktails. Plus gourmet wood-fired pizza and more from The Cosmos!
As far as your Lansing options go, this is one of the better places. That being said, if in any real city, it would be average. Zoobies is known as a trendy cocktail place with good food, particularly the pizzas they serve from their neighbor/sister restaurant Cosmos next door. The cocktails are okay â not the best but certainly better than most establishments in Lansing. They have great beer on rotating taps. FThe food is good. The pizza is creative and tasty. (Again, itâs not real Italian or NYC pizza but a solid midwestern artisan pizza). One pizza for two to three people works well, depending on how hungry everyone is and whether you get an appetizer or salad. The salads are good and come with choice of steak or jerk chicken topping. The music is too loud. I visited with two friends and we had to shout across the small table at each other even though the restaurant was only moderately busy. During a break in the music, we could hear each other fine. Thatâs really an unfortunate aspect of the atmosphere. I return again and again because it really is one of the best places in Lansing to get some grub and have a decent beverage. (Would be vastly improved if it could actually hear the voices of my friends.)

We came here with two other couples after a work event. The folks at the Crowne Plaza hotel recommended this place. The atmosphere was comfy/cozy. We arrived right when they opened (Sunday hours) and by the time we left, the place was packed. The pizza's truly are unique and the wood fire grilling tops off the awesome taste. Each couple split an appetizer and each split their own pizza with their spouse. It was just the right amount of food. We all kept discussing how great the food was. No doubt, we will certainly return!

Had spaghetti and meatballs - made the mistake of ordering the full order. Don't do this. It is like a serving bowl of pasta. It was good along with the salad and bread. The staff is very friendly without overdoing it. I would definitely eat here again if I was in town!
