Pizza Take out and Delivery; Convenience Store: We sell staples like bread, milk, eggs, snacks, beer, soda, tobacco, and freshly brewed green mountain coffee! Everything you find in a small grocery store.
The lodge where we stayed recommended Fratelli. Since we've tried just about every restaurant in Lake Placid, we thought it would be nice to get take-out and relax in one night during our trip. Wow! Really good food! We split a salad (super fresh with fresh home-made salad dressing!), a sub, and piece of pizza. The owner was really nice and I believe they offer free local delivery. We would eat here again so I hope they are able to make the business last.

Authentic NY style pizza.Pasta dishes are fabulous and reasonably priced. Please try our Grandma's pizza, you won't regret it. Owner worked for Chef Michael Maroni who had a meatball throwdown with Bobby Flay and was a participent on Food TVs chopped. Jam
Though Main Street Pizza is not fancy, their food is good. My husband and I had a small Grandma's Pizza and a salad. They were both very good and freshly made. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. I saw another customer who had a poutine which looked really good. I think I would have tried that except that I was very full after the pizza!!Prices were average and the portions were generous. From the phone calls they received, they seem to do a lot of take out business for locals as well as visitors in hotels.

Johnny's is on our list of places to go every time we're in the Lake Placid Area. The pizza is great, and though the service isn't super-speedy, the food is worth the wait. This year I noticed the staff seemed less attentive than I had remembered, but we still had a satisfactory experience.

Perfect place for lunch or dinner! Don't be afraid to walk down those stairs to enter the restaurant. We had a great seat overlooking the lake and we could watch the dog sledding and people skating. Pizza is large and tasty. Highly recommended.

Our hotel concierge recommended Caffe Rustica and we werenât disappointed. A great meal. Mike and the rest of the waitstaff team did a fabulous job. A reservation would be recommended. We both had a taste for pasta and CR delivered. I also enjoyed the watermelon gazpacho. The carrot cake at the end only gets a â9â as the cake was a bit dry. This venue is located in a strip center so parking isnât likely to be a problem at the dinner hour. Itâs easy to find and watching the action in an open kitchen is always a treat. There are two dining areas, but the same great food is served on both sides. A full bar compliments the food.
