Reviews on Pizza food in Iasi, Northeast Romania, Romania. The large city of Iasi has been a cultural and political hub since the 15th century. Everything orbits the Golden Plateau, bookended by the Palace of Culture and Union Square, and packed to the brim with churches and palaces galore. Iasi has significant Jewish history. The first Yiddish-language newspaper was published here, and the 17th-century Great Synagogue is the oldest surviving synagogue in Romania.

I don't know what they add to their food, but it sure is delicious! The pizza is perfect, so I eat it most of the times, but I also tried a pumpkin and chicken lasagna that blew my mind! The venetian chicken is great too, covered with loads of mozzarella!Love it!

This is a nice little restaurant which serves excellent pizza. It is crispy with qualiy ingredients. The pizza is similar with the italians ones, they must have the right recipe. My favourite pizza is Parma.

Terasa Corso is the perfect place for you if you want to enjoy a creamy, strong flavoured coffee early in the morning or an orange fresh squeezed on the spot...By the time the sun heats ,you can cool down with our fresh made lemonades and our cooling stea
We went to this restaurant with several friends, and we ordered pizza (quatro formaggi and vegetarian pizza), since there were little other vegetarian choices. The pizza was very good, and though we ordered the small size, it was very big and neither of us could eat it all. Some of our friends ordered coffee, but they were not very happy with it, because the coffee was brought in tiny little cups, and the cups were only half filled! The service was prompt and nice, however they didn't clean the table at all during our stay (for about 5 hours), so it was full of empty bottles, dirty plates, glasses, cups, and so on. I recommend it for the pizza.

Located in the center of the city, Il Pellicano restaurant it's a small family business, created from the passion for cooking.
the pizza is ok, if you choose form the menu something else, you may have a surprise.pasta, meat or the desert - not really at the level of expectation for a restaurant pretending to be Italian. we were several times and tried different meals, so it was not a one stand, but really, pizza is good, for the other choices, don't expect much.

The restaurant has a nice garden with a perfect view of the Palace of Culture, somewhat disturbed by the streetâs traffic. The menu is a mixture of of all kind of pizzas with some traditional toppings and some unusual ones, and few traditional Romanian dishes along with some salads and pasta. The pizza that we had was a thick crust, a bit chewy and with the cheese detached from the crust. Also bizarre was the fact that the sauce was served separate. The â hamsii â, which are fried anchovies were too small and not gutted. The tripe soup was good as well as the deserts. But the nicest thing about the place is the relaxing, casual atmosphere and the service which was excellent.

Italian Bistro - best italian food in town, pizza, meat and fish dishes, with a selection of very good wine from all over the word.
We had a business lunch there, quite late in the afternoon. At that time there were no other customers and the service was quite fast. The food was OK and, even if it's supposed to be an Italian restaurant, there are also some Romanian dishes. The restaurant is right in the heart of Iasi. All in all was a good experience but it was also a little bit disappointing because it was not possible to pay by credit card (quite an issue for our foreign guests) and also, the waiter forgot to bring separate bills, like we asked for since the beginning.
The venue was half filled at about 4 p.m., the ambience was casual with jazz music, classic italian interior was a plus! I ordered a Margherita Pizza and a Peroni beer. The crust on the pizza was almost perfect, could have been a little brown, a little more cooked. The sauce and cheese tasty but not amazing, the overall pizza was good. I would recommend fresh basil on top.

We had a four cheese pizza. Good crust but too much Blue Cheese. Overpowered the others all you could taste was the Gorgonzola Good service
