Ogden Pizzeria offers a big time taste in a small pizzeria setting. Our locally owned and operated pizzeria has been serving up delicious Italian fare for more than 35 years in the Ogden, Utah area. We offer lunch specials, take and bake pizzas and have a
I prefer a thin crust, but this wasn't bad for a hand-tossed/slightly thick experience. The mild sauce is VERY mild, so if you like a little spark, order something more adventurous. The service was pleasant and fast. My main complaint is that it is SO CROWDED. Lots of large families with children eating in, and a bustling pick up business at the kitchen window - and all of the children seemed to amuse themselves by running around the already crowded area where we were waiting to be seated. I just can't handle that anymore and it made me antsy and irritable before we even got to our table.

The Pie Pizzeria, a valley landmark since 1980, continues to reign atop the "Best Pizza" lists because of the business philosophy that consistency, quality, equitable pricing and great service are the keys to success. The Pie takes no short cuts! We belie
We've eaten at The Pie in Salt Lake and enjoyed it, so decided to visit this one while visiting family in Roy. Their pizzas are just a little unique, are generous with toppings and are well prepared. Reasonably priced and very tasty. We really like the BBQ chicken and the veggie pizzas. A great place.

Award-winning New York style pizza by-the-slice and whole pie, located in the heart of Ogden's Historic 25th street on the corner of 25th & Lincoln.
Went here on a recent trip to Ogden based on Trip Advisor recommendations. From the moment we walked in there was line to order which is always a good sign. However, while standing there I was noticing all of the flys all around me. This kind of grossed me out. We ordered and decided to eat outside to avoid flys but they were outside also. Finally used restroom and you guessed it, tons of flys in the restroom. So, the food was good but I cann't recommend based on this fact alone.

My wife and I (and now our 1 year old son) have been coming to Slackwater for years. I don't want to feel like I'm writing reviews when I only have bad things to say, so they definitely deserve praise for always having an excellent product (this from a northeast pizza snob) and having a great vibe and ambiance - even if a bit noisy during busy times/live music - especially with the patio overlooking the river. But I've found the service to be spotty at times, with the most recent visit being so egregious that I had to write something. We stopped in mid afternoon, at which time the place was mostly empty. We were promptly seated, but then waited for 15 minutes before being acknowledged by the server. This would be bothersome on a busy night and completely unacceptable when things are quiet. This was essentially the tone for the entire visit, with everything taking forever, which unfortunately seemed unique to us. The party sitting nearby that ordered after we did was halfway through their meal before my wife even got her salad and was paying their bill by the time our food came. No explanation or apology for the long wait was ever given. Fortunately we were given drink refills before our food came, but the server once again disappeared after the food was brought out (by someone else) and didn't stop by to see if we needed anything until well after we were done eating. As anticipated, it then took another eternity to get the check, by which point our 1 year old was totally done and had been taken outside by my wife. It should be noted that the same server had another party near us which she visited at least 3 times before coming back to us. Only at this point did i get a half-hearted apology for the wait for the check because she 'had a lot of tables on the patio'. I glanced out before leaving and yeah, there were 2 parties tops out there. If 2 is considered 'a lot', I'd hate to see the dinner rush. All told, we were there for approximately 90 minutes. For a salad, stuffed sticks and one pizza. About double the length of time it usually takes us when dining out. I understand that families with children may not necessarily be Slackwater's target crowd, but if the party with the 1 year old is the one you choose to keep waiting, I think you'll find that that doesn't work out super well for anybody. I can understand longer waits when things are busy, but once again, there's no excuse when the place is dead. Granted it was a bit busier by the time we left, but it was still less than half full and that doesn't explain taking forever to be acknowledged or to get our food. Between that and feeling like we're being singled out is where the frustration comes in. I imagine it'll be awhile before we're back. We don't get the chance to come during off-peak times very much and I wouldn't even want to think about braving the dinner crowd after this experience.I am very sorry for your experience with us. We strive to give 5 star food and service. Obviously this was not the case for you. If you can email back at [email protected] I would love to hopefully make it up to you some how and I would like to know the server that was taking care of you. Again thank you for reaching out. This only makes us better. Thank you.

Called at 3:30 even though they don't open till 4. They answered. Very grateful because I had to have 4 pizzas by 4:45. They were ready. We had 2 vegis on gluten free crust, 1 meat lover, and 1 chicken barbecue. Great pizzas! Bought a family salad too. It was very generous.

Nice place, nice service. We sat outside and waited and listened to a musician. She was singing "Timothy". That made me smile I haven't heard that song for decades. Pizza was good. It was ready in 20 minutes. Nice atmosphere. Lots of families sitting on the grass eating their pizza. Very pleasant.

The food at Eats of Eden is hit or miss. I always enjoy the pizza and am happy for some of the unique options. I often choose the white sauce. Good options for kids. Decent family spot or place to eat after a day skiing or snowshoeing.
