On Sat 03 Aug we placed a telephone order before 7pm and it took over 1.5 hours to arrive!!! When it did arrive we the food was burnt and of poor quality. It was meant to be a treat for my friends kids who were visiting. But it was far from a treat, just a huge disappointment. I expressed my disappointment to management and was Informed I would be refunded £15 for the inconvenience. However I never received this money. This was my 1st experience with Tonys bar & grill and I have never been so let down by a takeaway service!!

We had the meat feast which was the best pizza we've ever had, the cheesy chips were the best ever and they were real chippy chips not crap fries. However the bolognese pizza wasn't great as there wasn't a lot of meat on it. You would expect mince as that's what's in bolognese. Would defo use this again as the rest was amazing.

I couldnât believe how I was treated when i complained about the food! I was a returning customer and the food was that bad. (terrible pizza with barely any toppings on I added, greasy and tasteless) and after complaining I was mugged off by the staff and then had a go at by the chef saying I must be lying. Asked to speak to the manager on several occasions and I was furious and never got anywhere. Complete mockery and horrid, overpriced food. Will NEVER return.

Went to the cinema intending to have a meal at a different restaurant when the film finished. On the way I saw the poster offering a discount with cinema tickets. We still had ours so thought we'd give it a try. The restaurant was just starting to get busy as the films had finished. We were met at the door and taken to a table the young girl made sure we were happy with it and closed a blind as the sun would be in our eyes. The menus were brought over and a young man took our food and drink order. Lasagne and black Aberdeen burger . I was very surprised and happy to be offered a side salad rather than fries with my burger. The food was excellent. I can honestly say it was the best burger I've had in a long time. I will certainly go back to this restaurant. and recommend it to my friends.

Came here for a nice meal. Good warm welcome. Sat down and ordered shortly afterwards our 2 vegan pizzas. Team member advised they had no vegan cheese left. We were appalled and disappointed. If they run out of dairy cheese they would sort this one way or another urgently. But as it's vegan cheese they were not bothered and don't care about the 7% of us who can't eat 'normal' cheese. I applaud Pex for having some (small) vegan choices but what is the point if not available? This is not a one off either as has happened before and reading various vegan forums seems more common. At best Pex don't actually care at all for vegans and at worst they would rather we did not spend our money here as they would show some basic operations skills and stock the ingredients.Never again
