This Pizza Hut location is an older one, but our experience today was really good. We were shopping in east Burlington and decided to catch an early dinner (5:00 pm). We walked into this Pizza Hut and were immediately met with a "Hi - thanks for coming in". We were told to seat ourselves and our waitress showed up to our table to get our drink order in under a minute. She quickly brought the drinks back and explained the current specials. We got a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza - and it came out hot, fresh, and relatively quick (within 10 minutes). When you get a restaurant that is clean, friendly, has quick service, and fresh hot food - all at a fair price... well, that equals a really good experience. We'll be back the next time shop in east Burlington.

Stopped by for lunch. This is a nice friendly, cozy strip-mall restaurant. They have booths and 4-tops that are in good condition, comfortable and clean. Each table has matching sets of grated parmesan, S&P, and one other item I cannot recall. We had to ask the server for her name (Sky). It's always welcomed when they greet you with their name. She automatically brought us extra napkins for the meal, and checked back with us frequently. This visit my wife had a 10" pepperoni pizza that was delivered on an aluminum pizza pan. We had to ask for a separate plate. Their pizza is tasty, although the sauce doesn't show typical herbs and spices. It's a thin crust, which many people prefer. I went for a Meatball Parmigiana sub; served on an 8" roll, with generous amount of oven-melted cheese. The meatballs were cut into chunks, which made eating the sub more comfortable and enjoyable. Sauce and melted cheese showed green herbs and spices. Delicious sauce and meatballs. Menu (six page) here is full of Italian dishes as you would expect, with a very large variety. Nice selection of wines. Prices are low.Manager was very busy on the phone.

I love pizza hut so the food was good but one of the employees (possibly the manager but im not sure) was rude. My husband and I both recieved a coupon for a free pizza so we ordered them seperately. When I went to pick them up I was questioned about why I was getting free pizza and when i explained we both had a coupon she wanted to know why we had a coupon but eventually handed me the pizzas and walked off.

We ate here because it was the only place still open in the area. The food was OK. There's a salad bar. You order at a counter and your food is brought to you. Staff was not friendly at all. You get your own drinks a la fast food restaurant. We ordered dishes like chicken francaise, eggplant parmesan, penne arribiata, not pizza, so it was not so enjoyable trying to eat dishes like that off of styrofoam plates with small plastic forks. Perhaps pizza is the thing to order here. We came in about 45 minutes before closing time, with at least a dozen others in there eating when we arrived. We were a group of four and it took a while for us to get our food. While we were eating they were mopping the floors, wiping off the tables, etc. At some point soon after "closing time" they started flicking the lights off and on, signaling us that it was time for us to leave I suppose. We were almost finished eating and I thought that was quite rude. Had someone come to our table and asked they would have discovered that we were finished eating and about to leave. Bottom line: I would not go here again.

Luigi's Pizza

Reviewed By Ed M

We dropped into Luigi's Pizza in Graham for the first time recently and really liked it. The establishment has an old-school charm to it - and it starts as you enter the front doors and 2 or 3 lady employees (standing behind the front counter) welcome you. We ordered a one topping large pizza - and it soon came out freshly made, piping hot - and very tasty. Our server was polite, kept check on us, and gave us refills on our teas. There was a strong lunch-time "working-man" crowd in there on a Friday at 12:30 --- and I appreciate and like that. Hard-working guys know a good place with good food and good prices, and Luigi's is all of that. As we got up to leave, we noticed that the in-house salad bar looked very packed with good things... next time we will plan to try that too.
