Pizza Portofino offered a very casual atmosphere. Flip flops, t-shirts and shorts after an afternoon swimming at the Naturbad is totally acceptable (just as a 'for instance'). There is indoor and outdoor seating. Being on a main road the outdoor seating isn't particularly cozy or scenic, but still a good option for a hot night. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed the Indian dishes we ordered. I had the chicken biryani and my husband had one of the 'saucier' selections. I don't remember what it was specifically, just that he loved it. The portions were hearty and filling---which was what we were looking for after a long day. Our kids had opted for pizza and pasta---as per usual for them. They also had more than enough to eat. The service was nothing to write home about, but adequate. Wouldn't mind eating here again someday.

"Ambiente" darf man nicht erwarten, dafür freundliche Bedienung und gemütliche Atmosphäre - nicht zuletzt durch die Einheimischen, die offenbar hier auch gern einkehren (Stammtisch!). Selbst im Steak-Restaurant hatte ich seit langer Zeit kein solch perfektes Rumpsteak wie dort (16,80)! Auch meine Begleitung war mit Schweinelendchen (11,80) recht zufrieden.Schade nur, dass die Beilagen zwar ordentlich, aber einfallslos waren - wohl, weil die Speisekarte ansonsten leider nur extrem Italo-lastig ist (= Pizza).

I was passing this town for work and was searching for a decent place to eat. I came across this small place runned by an Italian family and decided to eat there. Wauw what a good choice! I have never eaten such delicious pasta before. Everything is homemade. Friendly employees and good presentation of the food! I would everyone recommend this place!

Lovely place, we had lunch here! Fresh food cooked whilst you wait.Real quality. The gentleman who man the food was most kind and looked after us well. There was a party of 5 of us and we came on the spur of the moment on a quiet Monday afternoon.

we had dinner in this restaurant during our holiday.although the italian flags, the authenticity of the menu is questionable. for instance, the pizza comes with an undefined cheese. if you want the traditional mozzarella instead, you pay an extra 2â¬. all in all, my "customised" pizza was nice but it did not come cheap. regarding the service, I confirm what observed by others, slow and not very friendly.

Das Da Peppo wirbt damit, dass es die älteste Pizzeria im ganzen Wald ist und ist auch von einheimischen wie Touristen stets gut besucht. Die Gasträume sind geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet, an den Fotos an der Wand lassen sich Jahrzehnte Pizzeria-Geschichte ablesen. Die Tische sind gemütlich, der Service ist fix und freundlich, die Speisekarte ansprechend - also alles perfekt? Leider nein: das wichtigste Element der Geschichte ist der Schwachpunkt: die Essen. Die Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchten waren ziemlich fad und die Pizza war eine einfache Pan-Pizza aus der Form mit labberigem Teig und billigen Zutaten. Schade, da würde etwas Konkurrenz nicht schaden! Preislich für das Gebotene eher gehoben.
