We usually order from Alessio and we think the pizza is very good. You can add whatever you lie on it but each item will cost you more than a plain pizza. We like their Pepperoni and usually choose mushrooms and peppers for the second half of the pizza. You can also order a salad from them with the dressing on the side. Their delivery service is very dependable and a tip to the driver is appreciated.
So happy I found this place! I had time to kill between 2 doctor appointments nearby and spotted this place in the center of a shopping plaza dominated by a huge Stop 'n' Shop, so decided to stop in for a slice. There were so many varieties of pizza it was hard to choose just one, so I went with a BBQ Chicken pizza and one slice of White pizza. They were both incredibly good, tasty crust cooked to perfection and loaded with topping to the end of the crust. Also, the seating area in back was clean and pleasant, and the staff was friendly. My only disappointment was that I don't live within their delivery area!! I have a follow up appointment with the doctor in 2 weeks and look forward to trying a few other varieties of pizza. Grandma, Margherita, Chicken Marsala, Alfredo, Vodka, etc, etc... they all look amazingly good!

On a Wednesday at 2:00 PM I found myself at the bar ordering a bar pie & beer. I have been coming to this location for at least 50 years, with my friends, first the tennis, then the golf, my wife & couples then my children & now my grand kids. I have no idea of what these folks are thinking but I strongly suggest they reevaluate their business plan while they still have something of value. How do you leave this type of business unattended with nobody from ownership on site? How can you let a bartender pick up a pie from the kitchen that is obviously overdone, burnt and COLD & then serve it to a customer after the customer waited 20 minutes for it in a nearly empty restaurant, 2 other men at drinking, no food.Rather then upsetting the young lady behind the bar I ate, paid my bill, now informing All to be aware, Eddieâs is no longer what it was. How sad!

My son had a fettucine and chicken dish. The chicken was good, the sauce was very, very canned tasting. He didn't like it at all.I, on the other hand, had a grilled calamari salad which was quite decent.Would I eat here again, maybe, certainly I'd not chase it down but it wasn't bad.

Delicious pizzas and Italian dishes handcrafted by same family as the original Umberto's of New Hyde Park. Famous for delicious Sicilian, Grandma, Neapolitan, Pan and Specialty pies as well as our Italian dishes. Community favorite for over 20 years and t
Have been going to Village for years as it's our local pizza restaurant. Pizza is good as are most of their kitchen dishes. Their best pizza is one with a thicker crust, red peppers, black olives and sausage (along with standard cheese and tomato sauce). It's spectacular !!!!
My husband and I bumbled into this tiny place in order to get a kosher delivery service for a friend just home from the hospital. Nimrod, the owner, is absolutely charming, and the king of hospitality. He seated us and asked us to try a tidbit or two. We tasted these "tiny pinwheels" which were to die for. "You like soup?" asked Nimrod and we found ourselves enjoying the most delicious Minestrone Soup I've ever had, served with homemade beignet-sized bread in a garlic parmesan sauce. We decided to take home a falafel, which is reportedly the best thing made here. Well, Nimrod said, have just one falafel ball while you wait for us to make the take-home for you. One falafel ball, in half a pita, loaded with hummus, pickles, salad, was given to each of us. At this point, I am sure I will never be hungry again. I am so filled with an assortment of delicious, memorable taste sensations, and my husband is smiling ear to ear. In a half hour, we were led through an Anthony Bourdain taste experience, and had made the acquaintance of a most charming restauranteur. (Can't wait to try the salmon, the tilapia and all the mediterranean salads).

Iavarone Bros. went too far here it's not the same place from 30 years ago in a bad way. Food quality is below standards, products have gone commercial, the ambiance is cafeteria like, stay home and order out, you will not enjoy yourself, at least we didn't!

While this is a pizzeria, the food is a cut above "pizzeria" in my book. Our party enjoyed: 1. chicken platter (grilled) which had a beautiful side salad as an option; both side salad and the platter were colorful, 2. oreganate penne, 3. baked lasagna, 4. grilled chicken hero and 5. grilled chicken parm hero as well as 6. side of broccoli (must love garlic or push it to the side). People we were with said this is one of their go-to places and the newcomers can see why. As another reviewer noted, the portions are large. Recommend.

We live in Las Vegas and it is hard to find New York style Italian food so when we visit we have Italian. We order things we can't get in Vegas like Baked claims which were delicious. The bread was fresh and wonderful. My husband and I both had veal francese and it did not disappoint. The only downside to this place was that it was SOOOO NOISY

There's nothing special about this place....just an average "red-sauce" Italian restaurant. The food is good but not memorable, the decor is typical "Mediterranean"....th service was very attentive...the manager/owner was extremely ;personable...the prices were fair and reasonable, the wine list extensive.
