We had a table booked so didn't take long to be seated, the big light above flickered constantly, along with the rest of them..I was suffering with a headache so I just thought iwas more sensitive to the flicker than others but she told me other people had complained about it.... When not just change the bulbs!After we moved seats, finks came and we placed our order. As we have ages to wait I clocked how poorly the service was going... Including seeing the annoyed cheifs at the lack of pick ups from the hot plate..... At times all 3 servers and the manager was stood around the till area while food was sitting waiting to be collected to go to tables ... Comical to watch, no one had any idea how to run a service. At one point a young girl pulled the manager for leaving a cleaning bottle n dirty cloth on a table, he thought is was fine until she pointed out a child could get it.Starters, dry garlic bread... Fire pit prawns, 3 not so jumbo prawns on a mass of salad.... We had to request, cutlery as bin was given.Mains, porter house steaks, his was thicker than mins cook cooked well, mine was over cooked and was the end steak so not great, chewy and tough, he asked for mayo, it never came.You need to improve on the service if your going to make it, check if the food is OK once served, check on drinks, and get rid of that black paper that you end up eating with your food. Will I go back.... Can't see it, shame as it was recommended by a friend who loves it, not sure why! Quite a nice menu and you can create your own pizza. Problem is that if you create your own you have to move along the pizza counter to tell them, and if there is a backlog to go in the oven (as there was when we went) you end up standing there for quite a while. 3 of our pizzas were great, and the overcooked one was refunded, no questions asked. Tbh it wasn't quite what we were expexting or hoping for, but, you will get a tasty (hopefully). Hi Northeastme999, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit.Part of our service is to ask if the guest wishes to give us the toppings order or if they wish to come along the line to enjoy the ultimate create-your-own experience. Lunch here today for my grandsons 5th birthday. Two other babies in our party. Set lunch menu was excellent. Everyone had pizzas. I had a delicious chicken mozzarella and pesto salad. Staff were brilliant and very attentive to the children. So disappointed that there was no pistachio ice cream left. That was my treat I had looked forward to. I passed on the vanilla. It wouldn't prevent me going to Prima again luckily

Waited at the front entrance to be seated. No sign asking customers to wait. No visible staff. After 6-7 minutes male member of staff took payment off another customer in front of us at the til. No acknowledgement so we presumed we could just sit down. Roughly 6 other parties in so not busy. Waited again for five minutes or so for a menu so got up and grabbed one from the kios desk. Eventually a waitress came over and asked if we had been seated by staff. I explained no we hadnât but we had been waiting so assumed we could just take a seat (place wasnât busy and no where near full and no one else waiting!) She just told us we needed to have waited! That they had reservations on tables? ( there were no reserved signs any where and no one came in when we were sat eating!) I asked if there was a problem and if there was we could go somewhere else? I wished we had ... the lasagne was thin swimming in grease, the salad was limp and the chips not fresh. Appalling service throughout. Nomanager to speak to. Poor food quality. wonât return

Fast service and buzzing place, staff look after you and the Sunday lunch does exactly what it says on the box - perhaps could have been a bit more generous with the chicken! Otherwise well presented well run and tasty.Wheelchair friendly which must have cost them some space so grateful for that.

Was looking for an alternative to the usual Italian haunts and thought it might be worth giving Uno's Trattoria a try. Cosy surroundings, great food (large portions) and pleasant staff. Certainly recommend the Stromboli starter and Mafiosa main course, very tasty and reasonable prices. Will definitely return.

We've been eating in Fuego now since it opened, however ashamed to say we've never tried their pizzas! Until recently... now it's our go-to-place for a good pizza (especially the bianco pizzas with béchamel sauce) that are so tasty with fresh & unusual ingredients. Try the mushroom with truffle oil, or tuna with manchego and black olives - you won't be disappointed. Great service from the staff and excellent wine choices.

Went here last weekend, was absolutely amazing! We shared a pizza and some sides and we were so full afterwards! Freshly made pizza, we chose the cheeseburger pizza, wings, spicy sriracha slaw that was surprisingly good and not what we had expected, and some garlic bread. I wasnât too sure about the garlic bread, but everything else was delicious and we were so happy we stumbled on this place. Thank you! Hey!Thanks for your amazing review!
