"Good Times to be Together! "
The combination of an new building,28 big flat screen TV's; an bar area to sit and eat; and less of a children's zoo makes Happy Joe's a much better place to go. Fast and friendly service is still there. The menu has greatly expanded. Try the prime rib on Friday or Saturday nights.I think you'll be pleased!

Domino's Pizza is good for the price. It isn't the best quality, but it isn't subpar either. The large that I had purchased was $6.99 for a large single topping. Dinning on a budget and wanting your belly filled? This pizza Cain will fit the bill. If you are looking for a real good quality pizza with lots of flavor? Keep looking.

We discovered the Cellar on a recent trip to Galesburg and have been there twice. Both times it was a great experience with really good food. The atmosphere is a little casual, but it's cute and comfortable. On the last visit our waitress was very efficient and attentive. We ordered all of the specials - $10 bottle of wine, $5 flat bread appetizer and $8 stuffed shells. The food tasted homemade and fresh, including the salad and bread sticks that came with the meal. We were very impressed by the quality of our food for the prices they charged. On our first visit we had the pizza, which was also good. On our way out we ran into the owner, who was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in asking about our experience and the food. On our next trip to Galesburg I think we will try the sister restaurant, Figs, which is upstairs.
This is probably my favorite pizza. We go here frequently on Sunday for lunch buffet and always have several salads, pizzas, pasta, and desserts available. Sometimes if the restaurant is very busy, they do have trouble keeping the buffet stocked.

Welcome to the Ranch. Here in Galesburg, our mile-long buffet holds all your favorite pizzas, fresh fixin's, and crispy chicken. And with our Buffet Your Way, you and your crew are guaranteed satisfied appetites. From Cheesy Ranch Stix to the fan-favorite
The title says it all, lots of below par food for a rather high price. The pizza seemed generic and forgettable, the salad bar was limited. I tried to eat a piece of chicken that was so salty I didn't finish the piece I took. So, this place is worth missing. I will go back if and only if all the other eateries in town are closed AND Casey's is closed as well.
Little Caesars may not be the best tasting pizza out there, but what you get for the money paid is a good value. Typically their basic single topping pizza are always ready - you just walk in the door, order, and they pull it from the warmer as they are always making those all day long. Anything special that you order, you'll have to wait as they will make it when ordered. As I said, the pizza is good for the price. These days fast food is getting expensive. Considering cost and wait times, Little Caesars wins hands down every time. Try it, you'll see. Little Caesars is very wallet friendly. That makes up for the taste every time to me. The pizza is NOT bad tasting. Try it.

Jimmy's Pizza used to be in Wataga for many years until a tragic fire totally destroyed the business in 2017. The owners had planned on rebuiling on the original site, but they were unable to. This was very disappointing to their customers and themselves. They have now reopened in Galesburg, Illinois at 379 E. Tompkins St.Their hours are:Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11 am - 10 pmFriday and Saturday: 11 am - 11 pmClosed on Monday'sThe current place is three times the size as their old place in Wataga. Their kitchen alone here is half the total building of their old store. This is a much better place. Because of the bigger kitchen, they now are able to handle a larger crowd and the food gets to you quicker than before.Their pizza is along the lines of a thin crust (I personaly prefer a handtossed), but their pizza was not greasy as compared to the Pizza House thin crust pizza or the last pepporoni pizza that we had at the Galesburg Happy Joe's (that place is going down hill). We had ordered The Jimmy's Combo for our appetizer. It was $8.50. You got Mozzarella sticks, fried green beans, breaded dill pickles and taco bits. Everything was good. My only complaint was that for this price the portion size should've been double. No complaints on the taste of the combo however. I'll probably order it again. For our pizza we had ordered (or so we thought) was half ham and half supreme. We received have pepporoni and half supreme. Maybe the wife had ordered the pepporoni, we were unsure, but it was fine as we usually order a pepporoni when ordering pizza. The pizza was good. Again, I prefer a handtossed crust. Perhaps one day they'll make one. The toppings were good. Their pizza is better than the Pizza House. I have not tried their other dishes here. The decor is antique era. They have some old bicycles hanging on the wall, old board games, musical instruments. Their pizza menu is on old 33 vinyl records just as their menu was at the old place. They also have a updated menu as well wish has their sandwhiches and other food on it. They have a full bar with Bud Light, Miller Lite, Blue Moon and an IPA on tap. Other variety are in bottles. Parking is along the street. The business next door used to let them use their parking lot, but they got tired of cleaning it up so they no longer let people park there after hours. You WILL BE TOWED if you park there the sign says. All in all, the new place is much better than the old. We will probably be back again. I'm curious as to what their burgers taste like.

Great pizza! Slow service tho so call ahead & place order or it will typically be an hour to get your food. They used to have fabulous nachos available everyday day but now only available on their mexican day. Lot's of good beers to choose from.

We have eaten pizzas and sandwiches from here for years (mostly delivery) and have never had a bad experience. Our latest dinner consisted of a deluxe pizza, an Atomic Sub, and an ala carte spaghetti. The order arrived in a timely manner and the delivery person was quite personable. The food was hot and delicious. We had plenty left over for another meal the following day. The only complaint I have is that the Sub had too much mayo on it. This can easily be corrected next time by requesting less or none. We have known the Sperlins for years and appreciate the time and effort that they put into their restaurant. We will continue to support this establishment and encourage you to give it a try.
