This is a very popular, and at times, crowded restaurant which serves fish, and pizza. While the lighting makes you feel more like you are in a hospital waiting room, the food is tasty and the prices reasonable.Dear guest, thanks for the feedback about our Familynest restaurant. We are very pleased that you liked our fish dishes and pizza, the quality-cost ratio. Good lighting of the restaurant hall, cleanliness, comfort are also the strengths of Familynest, which are always appreciated by our regular customers. We hope that this first visit to our location made a positive impression on you. Have a good time and see you again! Sincerely, Biagio Sforza, owner

Just loved this place, we ate here most of our holiday, you can choose which pizza you would like from many varieties, which they cut and weighed. You can they have it hot or cold. We ate in most of the time, there is a small bar area, it is not a restaurant, or you can take it out. You can get a beer or soft drink from the well stocked fridge. The lady and gentleman were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Tasted great! and good value too, with food and drink usually coming to around 10 euros.Thank you so much! We really appreciate your detailed description and we are very proud to have positive international comments! We hope to se you again!Lo Staff di Pazza Pizza e Matti Amaretti

We were in Fiuggi for 5 days and for 2 lunches we went to La Grotta - As you can imagine in October the restaurant wasn't busy. We had mixed starters very much like Tapas including deep fried olives, Cod strips, Mozarella/Risotto croquettes etc. Main courses included rustic dishes like Beans with Pork Rind (absolutely delicious) Lamb chops - various pasta dishes and all were brilliant - I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough - the location is right next to the Piazza at the top of the hill (near the Grand Hotel) the bus from Fiuggi new town to Fiuggi old town was 1 euro - bargain

Quit the diet because this is where you'll have probably the best pizza of your life!! Whether it's a choice of the modern tastes or one of the classics it doesn't really matter. Everything I've tasted from the menu is impeccable. Pair this with a great setting, great decor and fantastic service and you will have a memorable experience of eating pizza in the 'genius' country that invented it. I would definitely recommend it!! :D

We discovered the new bistro on one of our early evening strolls past all the bright restaurants fuiggi has to offer. In our broken Italian ( with the help of the owners 4 year old child ) we discovered a delight. The chef was happy to change some food to suit the palette of a stroppy teenager. The food was delicious , home made rustic food that was well worth the £50 for a family meal. Fillet steak cooked to perfection , melt in the mouth . Well worth a visit and just about avoids all the cliches of the Main Street menus. There are only two seats outside so don't expect a view - save this for your stroll or early afternoon gelato.

Ci ritorneremo.

Like a previous reviewer we found this restaurant by chance and are so pleased we did. The food is excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced the décor is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary bruschetta was unexpected but a nice touch. If you are in Fiuggi you must give this place a go.

Decided to have lunch one afternoon with my Wife. Opted after asking the owner who spoke good English for Steak dinner as i did not understand the Italian menu being Irish. We asked for medium to well done steaks but what came out was Steak strips which were almost raw on some type of lettuce with a half of tomato.Steak was stringy with the blood running out of it and we left the most of our dinner after us as it was inedible. Terrible experience and it cost thirty six euro for the two plates. A rip off by any standards and we would not recommend this Restaurant.

Mood Is A Place Where You Can Eat A Special Digested Pizza And A Meat And Fish Restaurant. You Can Also Enjoy Beautiful Music.
The food was excellent with varied choices on the menu, along with delicious desserts and friendly waiters. They spoke good English and the service was good, and it had a nice atmosphere and is definitely worth visiting if you're in Fiuggi. Discovered a coffee and ice cream shop nearby which we didn't get the opportunity to try, but wish we did. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I am very likely to visit again.
