Looking for a pizzeria, thios one had some nice reviews on Google. When it turned out to be a franchise I was expecting nothing much, but we were pleasantly suprised. Anti-pasti were nice and most pizza's good. Not too much on them (except for the quattro formaggi) but the best suprise was the bill; less then 40 euro's including drinks.

We visited this restaurant when we visited Fabriano to visit the Watermark Museum. It is a short walk down a street (good sized hill) from the museum. We hoped for a pizza, but like many restaurants in Italy, they do no fire up the pizza oven until dinner, so no pizza at lunch. The coperto is only 1.50 per person. My wife got a beer for only 2 euros. A large bottle of water only 1.50. Unique to this restaurant, the coperto was not the usual bread set up, but a small bean/lentil type of soup. Pretty tasty, and unique. They had a very limited menu. I got a fish pasta which was OK, and my wife had a tortellini, which she also said was OK. Service was good. He did a reasonably good job trying to communicate to us in English, and helping us decipher the menu.

The first time we ate here we were on our way to the theater and needed a quick meal so we saw it was open and serving pizza. Although they were about to have a full house of diners with reservations they managed to pull a table together for the two of us. Very accommodating. We ordered our pizze and they were delicious. As we raced through the meal we watched what was being served at the other tables as the place filled up. We decided that we had to return on another night when we had time. Two nights later, after making reservations, we enjoyed a delicious dinner of various seafood. for an antipasto we shared a 2 piato of mixed seafood (squid, small fried fish, shrimp and mussels). For my main course I had their seafood soup and my wife had clam linguini. Everything was excellent. Of all the places I have eaten in Fabriano this is in the top two.

The pizza was very thin, crunchy and with good products on top.Good the stuffing of the olives as they do in this area. Not great the grilled vegetables that arrived cold and some burnt some others raw....kind service in a nice old restaurant with wonderful brick ceilings.
