Things to do in Emmaus
This came recommended to us by some locals we were visiting. I'd say it's a solid local place to eat with the standard menu of pizza and Italian food for dinner. Note: You want to order at the counter and then be seated. The table service will bring the food to you but not take your order.

food was good,,,service was friendly...no reason to go all the way to emmaus, if you live south of there....easily get same quality in quakertown, coopersburg, perkasie...groupon was a little hazy...thought it was a single...turned out to be 2 visits...probably just eat the other one...huge building...felt like off time, but it was dinner
Rude owner. Very short with customers and rushes around doing nothing. I have seen him go to Giant to get supplies, so he must be bad at ordering from his food stuff provider. Maybe that is why he lost the other half of the building, which is now a day care. Food is average and same as at a diner. Nothing at all to bring a person back. Stay away!!

WOW ___ our very first couple of thin crust Domino's pies, both scored an "Olympic Ten". We topped them both with steak and pepperoni and did that hit a home for the wife and I. She can be tough and always P--- in the A-- picky. She said it was the best thin crust we've eaten to date and we've had a few in our time. I did our first on line order and it went as smooth as silk. Quick in and quick out and they were oven hot when we sat down to savor their pies. Knowing that the sauce is a big part of the overall taste, we really liked the mellowness of their tomato sauce. Can't wait to return for another ________ In and Out Pickup.
Prices are good. Service is friendly and fast. Food is nothing special. Wings are way over cooked and way to soggy but sauce was tasty. Deep dish pizza in very chewy dough and not much else. $5 for 4 slices and a drink for a quick lunch is tough to beat.
I had Joe's pizza foe the first time last weekend. We ordered on the road and picked up our pizza at Joes to take home. Pizza was ready exactly when we were promised. Got home and looked at pizza. Crust was still crisp (not soggy) and pizza had great taste. Pepperoni was abundant on one pie and mushroom/onion pie had just as much topping. Not cheap but well worth the price for good local pizza

My husband and I decided to try this out because we were getting tired of Armettas. We are glad we did. The pizza is wonderful. We tried a German pizza and it was delicious. The bread knots are very flavorful. The service and prices are also exceptional.

We tried their cheesesteaks and were blown away by every single delicious bite. Homemade rolls do the trick, along with homemade sauce, and these babies rocked our appetites wonderfully. For those who want a break from Cavaluzzo's outstanding pizzas, the cheesesteaks are definite homeruns.

I love this Emmaus Staple. The owner Francesco is a hard working great guy. He supports community organizations. We would always get our pizza for the Emmaus HS Touchdown Club. Good service and cozy friendly bar. Reasonable prices. I miss the Macungie branch but they took over Macungie Pub on Chestnut street. I love going to lunch there.

My wife and I loved the Switchback. Farm to table ingredients in a wood oven. Very flavorful pies and the crust is delicious. We need to return to try the Ricotta Cheesecake and the Mascarpone Belgian Chocolate Mousse. Great service as well.
