The pizza here is fabulous. Perfectly cooked base and yummy toppings. They also have a great vegan range! I had the red velvet vegan pizza and it was amazing. I added vegan mozzarella too. Highly recommend!!

We were all disappointed with this place, even after giving it a second try. Full of rules about where you're allowed to sit and when, where you can take your drinks, when outside tables are just for show or can be used. Needs better menu items, especially vegetarian items and just a more relaxed, welcoming attitude. We ended up feeling like unwelcome guests at a party after being told we couldn't take our drinks outside, as only plastic was allowed outside but no suggestions made as to how they could accommodate our wishes. We ended up just going up to the bar ourselves and asking for plastic cups, then tipping the contents of our full drinks which were served in glass, and then taking them outside ourselves! It would have been nice had they brought us some plastic cups and suggested a solution. Manager came over to reiterate the rule, even though we only had plastic glasses by then!
Pizza here last week for supper at the local tennis club. Totally as you would expect - bland toppings & soft base but really as good as any other cheap & fast pizza shop in the country. But extremely cheap especially compared to the more upmarket pizza shops springing up everywhere. Most of these are much better but "horses for courses" & when ordering half a dozen the price difference is astounding. Good for a quick cheap meal but not for a nice couples meal.
We didn't eat in but had a delivery. Both my daughter and I rarely eat Pizza as they are too greasy tasteless. But the pizzas here were really great and we both said we would definately have them again, very tasty.

Situated in an industrial estate, no issue in annoying the neighbours as there are none.Prosciutto Bros specialise in snack, platters and pizzas.20 different craft beers are also on tap.Attended on a Saturday night over the Labour Day weekend thinking everyone would be away for the long weekend, but no, the place was packed. We chose the antipasti platter which consisted of three different meats, three different cheeses and a very good selection of what you would expect with an antipasti. $30.Tip: If sharing with a partner, just order the platter before choosing anything else. You may be surprised you may not need to order anything else, or maybe just one of the starters.Bit disappointed one of the three meats on the platter was not prosciutto.Particularly as the company name is called Prosciutto Bros.Platter $30, two NZ Sauv Blancs $8 each, three different named schooners of craft beer $9 each,$73 all up - good value. We arrived at 6.30, nice and quiet. When the guitarist arrived at 8, you could hardly move.Security guy (overweight) was on hand if required, unlikely.

This authentic Italian resturant only opens for dinner on Friday's and Saturdays. The lovely italian couple hand make gnocchi, cannoloni, lasagne and arancini balls. All are delicious and magnificinetly prepared. The wood fired pizza are also a cut above with a good array of options. The premises though small is welcoming with ample parking. The service is friendly and warm and the selection of "real" italian beers (only 4) but three were new to us and enjoyable and award winning. Don't over order like we did and end up with a sizeable bill - we were clearly over excitied. Their coffee is excellent (as per coffe snob husband's assessment). The nutella and strawberry pizza was a winner for the teenagers and the dessert array impressive. Worth a visit. We'll return but perhaps order a lot less.

Gennaro's do a commendable job of taking a range of base ingredients and making diverse dishes with them. Gennaro's is a pizza restaurant with additional Italian items on the menu and served pizza dough 'bread' for bread service, including where crusty bread was warranted. Pizza dough bread can be too heavy/filling and can have an over-powering taste of its own when it needs to be complimentary. The 'mini' bruchetta starter was served on pizza dough bread not toast and as a starter was inappropriately filling. My seafood hot pot was primarily calamari and prawn with a few other bits in a delightful tomato base sauce with mozarella melted on top; it ticked my box for yum although was served with pizza dough bread but needed a crusty bread. A calamari main included a bit of dry salad that needed some (more?) dressing. The calamari was delicately crumbed and had an initial appearance reminiscent of undercooked chips but my partner quite enjoyed it and declared it was well cooked and tasty. I tried dipping a piece in the hot pot sauce - yum. They should offer a small side of that sauce with the calamari main. The young ladies doing service got top marks. Excellent value, especially if you love pizza dough bread.

Oddly named family restaurant in leafy Eltham. Great for a last minute dash for a dinner meal, but also a very nice relaxed atmosphere for a leisurely evening with friends. Not a particularly large menu but still comprehensive enough to satisfy all but the most picky diners. The food was well presented , tasty and plenty of it.Staff were very friendly, full of humour and well informed about the menu.By the way.....there is salad !!!

This place is consistently good in all aspects. Whether youâre coming here for a bite to eat, a full on lunch or just takeaway, everything is great. Iâve dined here with my kids many times at the restaurant part that overloooks Main Road but today was just a quick takeaway coffee and vanilla slice that is to die for. In fact all the cakes on display look amazing. Staff can make or break a place and at The Main, Iâve always found the staff to be friendly, efficient and helpful. Kudos to you!If you have dietary issues just let the staff know when ordering. High chairs are available for kids. Wheelchair friendly. Good parking at the rear in the main carpark.

We came here for dinner on a Groupon and I must say that the food was outstanding. I had a fully flavoured chicken Mushroom risotto why my wife had a seafood risotto and my daughter had a seafood penne. All the food was just perfect. The lady serving us by the name Jemma was an absolute gem Amanda should be promoted. Her great service was also outstanding. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone. Just great! We will be back without the Groupons.
