If you are looking for a local, family style place for a solid good meal, look no further. Gencarellis has been dishing it out for years and is one of my local favorite places to come. You can also bring in your own beer/wine which makes it more affordable. They have a killer lasagna. Tonight I had the Chick Parm (I could swear one of the pieces of meat was veal tho...) Very good and cheesy. Marinara sauce a little watery but still very good. Service is excellent here. You get a large basket of bread compliments of the house. Started with a bowl of mussels which were very good, next time I will get the white wine mussels and not the red sauce, but they were still very good. Gencarellis is very popular so get there before 7 or you might be waiting for a table. The portion sizes are what I would call "Family Style" - most dishes are sized for 2 people!

This is the second time I have been to Mr. Bruno's pizza and I really enjoyed it. I had an order of garlic knots and they were six for $2.00 which were a meal onto themselves. They were well-baked and chewy and had loads of garlic on them. They filled me up.The chicken roll was very large and I could barely finish it. It was stuffed with a chopped chicken cutlet, ricotta and mozzarella and was well-baked inside and out and served with a very rich tasting tomato sauce. After the knots, I just about ate the whole thing. The meal was enjoyable, filling and delicious. The service is very friendly and welcoming to their guests and make great suggestions on what to order from all the choices. Whatever you choose, you will not leave hungry.

This is the best pizza in Rutherford ,been coming here for years, tried other pizza in town, and this blows them all away.the staff here is very nice and there's a lot of options on the menu at great prices. My favorite sandwich here is the sausage potatoes, and broccoli Rabe .they have a good size dinning room or you can take out,the only bad thing here is the parking street only, and there are not a lot of spots.

Went to Caffe Capri before a Jets game for lunch. Had an enjoyable lunch that was served efficiently and pleasantly. The Cesar Salad was pretty good as was the pizza. The pizza is thin crust and tasty although the crust could be a little crispier. Service was good and the restaurant is clean. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Very convenient for Jets games.
We found this place on a Sunday morning almost empty! Parking in small lot, or on the street, service was very attentive, food was very good, and the prices were moderate. The skirt steak and eggs for breakfast was very filling, for $10; most prices are $8 and up.

After eight years I find myself ordering from Ralph's and I don't know what I was waiting for. Nice pizza, quick service and yes it is a little dated but it's local and with a good place. What else can you expect from a local spot....can't wait to order again.

We were visiting from California and were looking for a local place off the beaten path for some good local pizza and Italian food. We some positive reviews on Ferazzoli's Italian Kitchen and that it was a local family owned business so we decided to give it a try. Glad that we did, the restaurant is owned by two brothers who also work the counter and wait on the customers, and they are very friendly and helpful. Even though we were from out of town, they made us feel like we were locals and welcomed us. The food was amazing and tasty, large 18" pizza that are cut into only 8 slices, so large portions, also the antipasti we delicious as well. The owner took time to talk to us, and even provide a free T-Shirt to one of boys in our party. They have a good menu selection, and the food tastes as if your grandmother made it. The seating in the restaurant is a bit small, as they do a large business on take out, but we had a party of six and were comfortable and enjoyed the experience. If you are in the area and want some very good food, and experience quality, then would suggest stopping in at Ferazzoli's, they are a bit off the beaten path, but worth the little extra drive for quality food.

The food is excellent, hands down from what the group I was with said. I am Gluten Sensitive & at the time, this place was not accommodating so I had mussels and a salad Kindly sucks when you are with a group and they indulge & you have to split the bill. Ok - onto my review: The place is really SMALL & tables are too close together so if you like family style with people next to you - this is for you. THE NOISE FACTOR is nothing short of absolutely annoying. The night we were there the owner sang, great voice, however, with the place being packed and people talking it was truly a non-enjoyable night out. We could have done without his singing. Parking is on the street so prepare to walk on a Fri or Sat. There is a bakery connected to the restaurant which is really good. THE OWNER SHOULD INVEST IN SOME NOISE FILTERING products to put on the ceiling or walls to make this a more enjoyable dining experience. Also some GLUTEN FREE dishes would be encouraged since many people have this sensitivity especially when a person has a thyroid disease !!!

I have been to The New Park Tavern three times now. The first was sort of a last minute decision as my regular watering hole had a power failure and the kitchen was closed. The last two tomes because I really like the food and atmosphere. A large round bar with 35-40 bar stools in the center with another 15 or so high top tables in the front area and a large low table seating are in the back room make for a larger place than I am used to. The menu is extensive, I have had the wings, a Calzone and the Genaro steak hoagie and they were all exceptionally good. The one concern on food was the buffalo chicken tenders, mushy with a ton of vinegar (READ CHEAP HEAT) and a small portion equals an unhappy experience. The next day, the wings were terrific, so fix the chicken tenders issue....Very personable staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Quick to offer suggestions and recommendations based on preferences, very helpful. My first couple of trips, I sat at the high tops and got a bill for food and beverages, when I sat at the bar, I had the bartender send a waitress over for the food order and received two bills. As this place has been around since the 1930's, I would think they could get this worked out...All in all, a very good experience with a few points that could be better, but a good enough experience and value that I keep going back.

Experience the best casual Italian dining with family and friends at Vesta Wood Fired which offers creative and unique flavors achieved through cooking on a charbroiler and hearth.
Stopped by on a Sunday night. They were close to our hotel and highly rated on here. The ambiance is nice, but the music can be a little loud. The pizza was good and the crust was very good. Solid choice close to Metlife stadium!!
