The staff at this location have always been pleasant and helpful. The food is Pizza Hut standard quality - which is really good. We most frequently have delivery, which we haven't ever really had trouble with. It has a nice dining room that is well-kept and the same friendly service.

The son in laws love pizza so we bribe them with Dominoes for a last minute family get together when no one wants to cook. The service and food has always been consistent.

We were thrilled to have this Blaze Pizza open near us, allowing us to easily get made to order pizzas for a reasonable cost and in record time. The manager of this store went out of her way to make sure our needs were met, particularly after learning one of us needed to eat gluten free. There's nice outside seating (at least for a fast-food location) and service was great.

Tried this for the first time and were delighted with our choice.We tried a couple pizzas ( ask you server their faves) two appetizers and an Antipasto.The Antipasto salad was over the moon amazing and the puff bread was our favorite!Our pizzas were fresh and delicious as well as unusual compared to typical pizza places.The highlight of our night was our delightful server Kelsey. She was cheerful, efficient and delightful to chat with.

Had a big family meal at Caci's - people ordered a variety of entrees, and they were all wonderful. I had the squid ink pasta entree and it was delicious! The restaurant doesn't pack tables so close together that you can't have a good conversation, which I appreciated. I would go again!

Our large group of approximately 50 people had a great experience here. Everyone enjoyed their food, it was delivered promptly and with a group this size, the service was excellent.

We decided to have some lasagne which was pretty good with the bread, lots of cheese and sauce. Got one glass of wine before dinner and when the food arrived we asked for another but never got it. Need to do a bit better and not leave money on the table Thank you for taking the time to post about your recent visit to Smoky Mountain. The lasagna is one of our favorites too.
