Great pizza and cheesesteaks. I stop here often on my way home from work for take out to carry home. They are getting into some dinner items on the menu which some family members have tried and were very satisfied. I stick to the pizza and cheesesteaks, and have always been happy with the food quality. There are a few tables inside where you can eat, but it is primarily a take out place.Luigi's Pizza has a Dover address but they are actually south of Camden located in north end of the Woodside shopping center. That's on your right heading south on US RT 13 at the intersection near Polytech High School. There are many chain take out pizza places that serve the Camden to Felton area. I prefer to give these guys my business, a locally owned and family run business.

Pizza: whole pies, or by the slice - thin, hand-tossed crust and delicious sauce and cheese. Lots of toppings available and always a selection of 3 or 4 types by the slice. Great subs and cheesesteaks as well. Sandwich prices are a bit on the higer side, but not dramatically so - expect to spend about $10 for a full sized sub or steak. Large individual slices of cheese pizza are just $2. Canned soda is a buck. Not much seating room inside, but there are several tables on the outside on the sidewalk. Counter service, but they will bring your order out to your table.

I patronized this establishment remotely. I rely on take out a lot and needed an alternative to "my usual" vendor. I found out Betsy Ross delivers and tried them. The menu is a bit overwhelming with quite a lot of items; Gordon Ramsay would not like that; but, I'm not him. So, we ordered and really liked the food! I think this place will be my new "usual". The prices were comparable to the other place, if not a little cheaper and I received my order in a timely manner. I plan to go to Betsy Ross to experience the facility and enjoy more of their menu....makes me curious for more!
While the quick-cook create-your-own-pizza concept has already been in Dover for several months with Pie Five, MOD Pizza offers its own unique perspective on this novelty. Friendly customer-service oriented employees explained the process to us as first-timers, without it seeming like it is the 1,000th time they've had to guide customers. (We appreciate this fresh and helpful attitude to customer service!) The location offers plenty of choices in regard to sauces, toppings (both traditional and gourmet), and finishing touches. The menu also includes salads, garlic strips with dipping sauces, and cinnamon strips with dips for dessert. Pizzas are all the same price regardless of how many/type of toppings chosen so feel free to be creative! Once topped to the customer's specifications, the pizzas are baked in a large gas-fired oven for a crisp, yet flexible thin crust. With a menu of named combinations, plus create-your-own pizza with a large variety of toppings, the options are endless for a different pizza every time.

It's about the RIGHT ingredients, starting with the dough, which we make fresh for you every day, throughout the day. It doesn't stop there. We make our all-natural, preservative free (and naturally fat free) Tuscan Marinara and Spicy Marinara in house ev
Following on the line of other quick casual restaurants like Qdoba and SaladWorks in the same strip mall, Pie Five allows you to customize a personal-sized pizza and have it baked in the time it takes you to finish ordering any sides/beverages and pay for your order. Plenty of fresh toppings to create-your-own pie or choose one of the varied options that appear on the menu board. You can customize type of crust (including gluten-free for an upcharge), sauce, cheese, and toppings. Traditional pizza offerings, as well as some gourmet/unusual options. (The Maryland Crab pizza with crab dip sauce and real crab pieces, tomato, cheese, and a finish of Old Bay is particularly tasty!)Salads, breadsticks, and slices of dessert pizza round out the options, as well as a Coke Freestyle machine. Bundle prices can offer price savings. Hint: we have found that the kids' size pizza is pretty much the same size as the regular pizza, just that the crust is stretched thinner (if you like thin-n-crispy) and is 1/2 the price of the regular pies.Recommended place for families and groups where everyone can choose something different and personalize their meal.

I'm and soup and salad person and you can't beat the soups. They are homemade every day and delicious. Seafood bisque soup and Cream of Potato are great. There are so many salads to choose from; Wally, Chopped Power, Grilled Chicken and more; all are fabulous. The service was very good and the atmosphere is the best in Dover.

My wife and I had dinner here, hoping it had improved from our previous visit. No.The "attitude" of the staff, done to promote their brand, is overdone. Our bread came out with rock-hard crusts and the oil for dipping was tainted by something that should not be in oil. My salad came out fine but was followed about three minutes later by our hot food--terrible pacing of the meal. The serving size of the Chicken Piccata was much too big--my wife and I could easily have shared one. Not that great either. All of this may have been influenced by the enormous load of patrons here for horse racing and a nightly concert, The staff didn't handle the crowd well at all. Going downhill quickly.

We were staying close by at the Comfort Inn and craving pizza so we headed to this regional chain spot. Not being from the region we didn't know what to expect but I always enjoy trying new things, and we were famished! We ordered a meat lovers pizza with some added veggie toppings, boneless wings,a salad and a cup of the soup of the day which was chicken tortilla. All but the soup was delicious, the soup on the other hand was not so good, we didn't say anything to our server because we work in the business and didn't want to give her any issues besides she wasn't the one who cooked it! In fact our server whose name was Juliana was extremely sweet and efficient, she was very busy but still had time to check on us periodically. Definitely a good choice for a filling and inexpensive meal, pizza or otherwise.

The restaurant is actually located in Camden, De but has a Dover mailing address - it is a new restaurant, a month or 2 old.
Stopped here for the first time for lunch on the way home from Dover. Ordered meatball sliders (2 for $8.00) and husband got veal parmesan with spaghetti ($13, lunch entree). Both were fabulous/very moist, tender, and delicious. Rolls that came with the chicken were awesome! Also got the âlemon cakeâ ($6) for dessert which was light and tasty. Wait time was minimal and our excellent waiter, Tyler, tended to our every need. Will DEFINITELY return!

Got there before 6 pm, and the place was packed. My coworker was a bit skeptical about this place in a strip mall next door to Food Lion, but please don't be deceived by the surroundings. The seafood specials were delicious. The service was speedy and friendly, and, once again, Trip Advisor reviewers didn't let me down. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Dover.
