Restaurant Buta is a restaurant with a cozy home atmosphere and homemade cuisine. We strive to produce everything by ourselves, pasta, bread, cakes, meat, jams, etc. and the fish we prepare is caught by local fishermen in the Adriatic Sea. We use domestic
This restaurant has some of the best food I have ever tasted in the greater Split area. The fish and pasta dished were amazing, presented well and very, very tasty. The bread was perfect. Service was great and the views were constantly changing. Highly recommended, especially on the patio (across the street on the waterfront)

This was the nearest restaurant to our air bnb so we ate there a few times. Good prawn soup, good food generally. Great bread but you have to ask for it. Apparently they do fab pizzas but we were never offered the pizza menu!Would have said it was an excellent spot BUT the tv screens are on all the time. Noisy and very annoying. We did go in the first time on a Saturday night and they had a jazz singer on. This was great and the screens were off.

When we arrived, almost all tables were taken, but staff quickly found and cleared table for us. The waiter came immidately with menus, gave us time to decide what we're having, and food came on out table hot and within 15 minutes. The whole time they were really nice and attending eventough the restaurant was packed. And the food was excellent and good value for the money.

By the time we arrived at Slaven we were hot and tired. The waiter kept encouraging us to order a large meal but we opted for draught beer and a shared wood fired pizza. We chose the picante pizza and it was certainly enough for two and as itâs name suggested was spicy. The combination was perfect and we certainly left feeling quite satisfied.

Maincourse salmon from the grill with patatoes and spinace and grilled vegtebales. Together with local beer and good white wine. We will come back!

Tasty food Top service Best price
Visited this restaurant last night which is situated on the campsite and would recommend it to others. The pizza was good and so was the mixed meat dish, which included a chicken skewer, pork chop, burger, sausage and chips with a garnish. It was very reasonably priced and good quality.

Both opted for a pasta dishes which were under the âappetiserâ section of the menu. These were both huge and more than enough for a main meal! We also tried the bread infused with garlic which was amazing!! The meal was reasonably priced but mainly because our dishes were appetisers..Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for seafood dishes or anyone whoâs keen on fresh bread (who isnât!)

Me and my wife read in local newspaper that Basta pizza is excellent, so we decided to give it a shot, we were really astonished by pizzas we got, crust was exactly on spot, soft and thin, very rich with ingredients , actually its was best pizza that i have ever eaten, its a bit pricey place but considering location, and pizza quality its worth every dime spent. I will visit your place again, be sure!! regardsWe are happy you gave Basta a try and enjoyed the experience and our pizza. We are doing our best to insure best quality ingredients and attention to details to insure that each guest enjoys best possible Basta pizza. We hope you will come again.
