We ended up here twice. The pizzeria and the restaurant are owned by the same management. We were in Disentis for four days for a choral festival. The first night we ate gnocchi and lamb at the pizzeria. The second night we wanted capuns and rosti and went to the Alpsu first but their kitchen was closed. you have to stay at catrina and try out pizzeria. their pizzas are fluffy and tasty and your teeth sinks right into the cheese. its not something we have ever tasted. do stay there and try out their fun activities too, zorbing, skiing, snow walking and the gondola that brings you up to the mountains. you may see mountain animals and there is a restaurant right up the mountains in the alps. how cool is that? i love it.

We enjoyed really nice pizzas, I had the Sicilian with anchovy, black olives and capers which was lovely. Others all went for spicy salami and again all really enjoyed the pizza. Would definitely recommend. Restaurant is inside the bakery and you can buy cakes, bread and meringues to take away. We even managed to squeeze in ice creams (after saying we were full up) which again were great. Very reasonably priced.
