Marco's is not about to challenge top Homewood pizza eateries, like Aurelio's, but it does give folks a place to get an inexpensive pizza that's "tasty" when you don't need "delicious".As a new partner to Family Video, Marco's shares the same building as Family Video, both businesses stressing the idea of pizza-and-a-movie. You can, in fact order and pick up a pizza from a window in the video store---and the pizza order can get you a free video rental. (Of course, you can always rent a movie without purchasing a pizza.)The crust is available as "classic", or as a really crispy thin version. There are also three crust "toppers" available, garlic butter, parmesan cheese, and "Roma seasoning". Toppings range from the usual sausage and pepperoni, to the more exotic grilled chicken and feta cheese. What I like about Marco's is its policy on half-cheese/half-sausage pizzas. While most places will put half the sausage on the one side, but charge you as though you got a full pizza's worth of meat, Marco's takes all the sausage, and puts it one side. A much better value. If you need something more than pizza, Marco's has an extensive menu of sub sandwiches, wings, salads, and something called a "meatball bake"; meatballs and sausage baked in a pizza sauce and cheese blend. Is Marco's the best pizza you'll ever eat? Doubtful. But if you need a decent-tasting pizza, at a value price, and real quick, then you should try it at least once. You might even come back.

I can always count on the family at The Village to deliver consistently delicious pizzas that are a very good value. Sausage is top notch. Cheese is whole milk and sauce is a good balance of spicy and sweet. The dough is not too thick and has just the right amount of crispy crunch. Delivery is always within promised time. It can get busy at times, but that is because so many people enjoy their pizza.

We arrived in town and I saw the review and decided we had to try it. We got a seat in the bar area. There were various TVs around but the sound was down. The waitress showed up and I told her we had no idea as to what was the best to order. She suggested the meatball appetizer. --- DoneWe then ordered two different Italian dishes. Way too much food. The meatballs were very good. The appetizer is 15 (I think) small meatballs with sauce (gravy) and cheese. Very tasty. We finished half of them. The meals were good too and, of course, we took food to our daughter's for her to have leftovers.Best was the chef came out to chat with us and others. I always like that they come out and see what people think of their dishes. I'm glad we went.

Visit frequently for pizza and antipasto. Limited bar list. Staff is very friendly. Owner in process of renovation. ..going to change restaurant theme. She's good at what she does. Expect whatever the theme, it will be good. Plans to stay open during change.
I have been coming here for many years. Great casual atmosphere . Wonderful employees and most of all terrific food. Great place to meet friends for a great lunch. They have a varied menu. I have never had anything that I didn't like. They have different homemade soups daily. On the last visit our table had fried chicken, ribs, a patty melt and a chicken panini! Everyone was pleased.
Lou Malnati's Flossmoor pizzeria offers carry-out, delivery and catering services only.

We have been coming here for years but never had the pleasure of having friends and family in for the family style banquet. So much to select from and very fairly priced. We ordered the salad. Italian beef. Fantastic. Fried chicken addictive. Mashed potatoes and gravy. Pasta Mixed vegetables. Included was buns for the beef and garlic bread. ALL homemade no instant anything. And it was so good. Next time you have a gathering one here you wonât be disappointed

What sets Aurelio's apart from other Chicago-style pizza? We're different because we use only quality ingredients, serve a variety of generous sizes, and specialize in customizing orders to suit each individual taste. Since 1959, the Aurelio family has be
On a recent trip "back home" we had to make a stop where pizza is "heaven"! For over 30 years we have enjoyed the sausage and mushroom pizza at Aurelioâs in Homewood...thereâs nothing else like it. The sauce , the cheese, the atmosphere it all adds up to excellence. More than a dozen years ago we moved to Memphis where they donât know "pizza". Memphis is BBQ, not pizza. We even brought Aurelioâs back to Memphis with us!Whether itâs just you or a group you canât go wrong with the hospitality or the pizza at this iconic location.
