Reviews on Pizza food in Clayton, North Carolina, United States. Clayton is a town in Johnston County, North Carolina, and considered a satellite town of Raleigh. As of 2010, Clayton's population was 16,116 people. Much of that growth can be attributed to the town's close proximity to the Research Triangle area and access to major highways such as I-40, U.S. 70, and NC 42.

When I visited here the place was very clean. One complaint I had is all the servers there were very inattentive and slightly rude. It was difficult to get one refill on my drink. The pizza was okay as would be expected at a pizza hut. They do not serve alcohol here.
Cheesesteak was pretty decent, daughter had wings and didn't like them. I will probably come back and try pizza but won't go out of the way

With the pizza cost down to $5.99 its hard to stay away from here. The restaurant is in a plaza which can be very frustrating but the pizza prices are worth the hassle. The staff is always friendly and ready to serve. The pizza is always delicious!!!
The hot food is cold cold food hot never ever gets an order right then when you call to fix it and get what you have already paid for, the manager hangs up on you! Wow there's where your hard earned dollars are going!

We are a locally owned and operated family business that puts customers first. Combining a pizzeria and deli and offering a variety of Italian cuisine, we have something to please everyone. This location (our very first) opened in January of 2009 in Clayt
Used to be my favorite place in the area. Subs used to be very fresh bread. Pasta used to taste homemade. They are forgetting things in the order. Keys get things back guys. This was a great place to eat. Almost giving up. Hey Thomas. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had the same experience you used to have. We've always stuck to the promise of fresh homemade food from the day we opened. Even after 9 years, we still serve fresh bread and make our food in store just like we used to when we first opened. Hope you give us another try, I know we can better serve you. Hope to see you again.

really really simple.......Primo Pizza, Charlotte spotted this place downtown in our hometown of Clayton. Don't know how long it's been there and I forget what used to be housed in the building. But they are definitely keeping it simple. 1 cook and 1 guy doing the front who doesn't talk. They have everything you need in simple Italian food you just gotta find it yourself they don't talk and they don't offer to bring you any condiments etc that don't come in an individual serving. But it's all sitting around somewhere in this unorganized place. Now the ambience for a NY style place is unique. It is in a small dated storefront the place is clean but aged and makes you feel that you are in a big city nice window seating that allowed you to watch the bustle of Downtown Clayton. The pizza was good but average. We got a side of fries that were standard store bought crinkle cuts that could have been cooked a bit longer. All in all not bad we'll probably go again but it didn't become my first choice for pizza. This is a non accessible restaurant. There is a step up into the building and there is not enough room inside to navigate with a wheelchair

Only a storefront in a rural shopping center but it's excellent. Atmosphere is pretty typical but service was way above average. Food was fresh...green peppers, onions, olives...all prepared just right and served hot. Don't know about "real" Italian restaurants in large cities but you can't ask for better.

One of the things that I like about Anthonyâs is that the food quality is consistent and very good. I also like their new wine fridge that keeps both red and white wines at the proper serving temperature!!

Restaurant/Bar where you can enjoy appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, dogs, pasta dinners, vegetable options, etc. Also get an ice cold beer either on tap or bottle, many drink specials to choose from.
First time after living in the area for years-definitely not our last. Food was excellent. I had a burger-one of the best I have ever had. My wife had the blackened chicken sandwich on Italian bread-bread was some of the best weâve had. Service was great and the prices are reasonable. Was a little worried as I ordered the single burger and thought it would be small-plenty big. Not fancy-adjoins a bar but the atmosphere was good. Will be back often.

NY Style Pizza and Italian Cuisine. Lunch Buffet Sunday through Friday 11-2 Full ABC permits, outdoor dining, separate bar area with sports packages and music ,private parties. Catering off premises and at our banquet facility Monti Hall, next door.
We didn't have the pizza so maybe that was the problem. We did have very good service from Josefina. She was friendly and attentive. Our five entrees came over about a 10 minute period but that was probably the kitchen's fault but awkward. The a/c was blowing cold air on us and then during the meal, the ceiling fans came on "high". It was unpleasant and cold until they were finally turned down.My side salad was very large but mostly lettuce except for 2 slices of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber. My entree, eggplant parmigiana, was good and a large size but served barely warm. My wife had a entree Caesar salad which was good but mainly lettuce and chicken that she added. Parking was ample. The noise level was low-moderate.
