TIP. Restaurant is on Stephensons Road. Large car park at rear, with rear pedestrian entrance into restaurant.Smart looking table cloths. Two of us sat in a 4 person booth - nice, comfy, roomy seating. Long tables are available for small groups. At 6pm on this Saturday there were plenty of spare seats.TIP. BYO wine is permitted, but $7 per bottle corkage. The in-house wines are reasonably priced, so leave the BYO at home. Wines available by the glass. Beers available. Food is Hakka style (region in SE China) with Swedish influence. The #5 Hakka Fried Prawns with Steve's spicy Hakka dipping sauce were a delicious entree, and the Masala (spicy) Fish main course (pictured) was absolutely scrumptious - so full of spicy flavours - with Egg Rice side dish. And the Swedish Cake w ice cream for dessert was really good also. We'll have to go back again.

Our newest member to the family, The Last Piece Oakleigh opened to a warm reception in June 2017. Based on the framework of the founding Waverley Park, The Last Piece Oakleigh serves italian influenced dinner 7 days a week. Pizza is of a focus at dinner,
Went here last week for the second time. Just fantastic.Had the pasta although itâs mainly a pizza restaurant. Had the pumpkin ravioli with burned butter and it was excellent (although the portion size was a little small). Also had a glass of wine which was pretty good too.Place was full on both occasions but the staff managed to get us a seat. Can get a little noisy with a large crowd there but it was still ok. Staff are efficient, friendly and attentive.Really enjoyed both visits, Iâll be back.
We ordered the 4 way pizza that has different ingredients on each quarter. Although the ingredients on 3 sections were plentiful they all tasted pretty bland. The base of the pizza was very soggy.Very disappointing. Not a patch on Crust Pizzas so we will not order from this place again.
Very high quality, and reasonably priced pizzas with a fusion of traditional 70s pizzas, and modern twist specialties. $2 garlic bread is a bargain, no wonder so many students go here.
