The town has about 36,100 inhabitants (as of 2013), and lies opposite Český Těšín in the Czech Republic's Karviná District, Moravian-Silesian Region. Both towns belonged to the historical region of Austrian Silesia and are the historical capital of the region of Cieszyn/Těšín Silesia.

There are only vegetarian options in menu. We had gnocchi with brocolli and tortelini woth spinach. Portions are small, but food is delicious. Service was quick and nice. name (Venice) probably comes from the fact that the restaurant is situated by the river Olza - literally at the former crossing the Czech-Polish border. Often I visit there - a very nice place. I especially recommend garlic soup - administered on separate talerzykach with cheese, ham and croutons. Bake pizza is also very good. The prices really competitive - large pizza costs around 20 PLN

Nice pizzeria near Cesky Tesin main square. In the summer they have garden so you can sit there with your dog. Maestro offers pizza (very good) and other dishes like salads, noddles, and some Czech specialties like smazeny hremelin (fried cheese). Service is polite, nice and you will be served quickly. We found it by accident and keep coming back :)

Very straightforward; you order your pizza and drinks from the 'bar' and collect the food when your number appears on the counter. The food was great and very well priced. the two of us couldn't finish a large pizza and salad. The only downside for me was the smell of damp, which you get in a cellar, which is where you sit...

50 pizzas to choose from, 3 different sizes. Something for everyone here. Staff were attentive and friendly. Lovely ambience about the place. Cheap beer on tap and in bottles. We shared the 4 cheese pizza, 30cm size and loved every bite, we also had a pint of tap beer each and total was around £6. Would definitely go back

It was 30 degrees outside and, as it was so hot, we couldnât decide what to eat. Definitely not pierogies! We had quiche and ciabatta (with tuna and mozzarella). Superb. Perfect for the weather. Service excellent and friendly. The menu has good variety and not too large (as a good restaurant should). This will be the top rated restaurant in Cieszyn very soon. Maybe even the whole of Silesia. I suggest you go there soon before a table isnât available on short notice. Itâs really that nice. Iâll be back very soon. Although I can read Polish menus it was nice that they had an English language one as well. Another sign that cuisine is getting much better in this part of Poland (not just Dania Regionalne). A place to take people who you want to impress.
