Enjoyed dinner at Aqua since we were in the mood for appetizers and pizza and a casual setting. Aqua met our needs. The food was good, but not exceptional. We liked the appetizer better than the pasta/pizza dishes. We were able to walk in without reservations on a Sunday evening (perhaps because the final game of the World Cup was being played that evening).

We waited for 1hr for 2x pizza, staff was not helpful in general as they were busy with their cellphones. when we asked about our food the chef/owner was VERY rude and unfriendly so we left the place! We don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.. go eat at See Villa or hotel Forelle instead which have good service and friendly staff. The chef/owner of Peppino was like a hooligan at a soccer match, unwanted and rude.Google ratings showed us after our visit that similar experiences have been rated by other travelers for almost a year now and the owner/chef does not learn from them...

Had to drive to Austria several times for business reasons, it's finally a pleasure to stop and have a good meal in a REAL Italian restaurant in Villach. Real because, differently form the other places in the town where the only Italian things you can find are the (often misspelled) names on the menu, this place is run by Italian guys and, most important, the cook is Italian and all the fish comes from the Italian shores. They also serve good meat actually and pizzas, but I personally find most tasty their seafood dishes. Summarizing in three points: good quality of materials, reasonable price, careful service. I'll stop there again.

In the Center of Villach, a tiny little place, full of Italians. Great pizza, nice little plants growing in tomatoe tins, and good beer (even nonalcoholic wheat beer). The pizza has a special twist to it (we especially loved the four types of Calzone pizza), and to us it seems in this small space a new star is rising. We have been there twice already, and plan to visit again soon. The environment is typical for a startup, donât be deterred by the first looks.Amazing - thumbs up!!!

We drove bay this place and decided to stop for a quick early dinner before our trip back home. It was an great decision... service was very good and quick, the food was excellent and the prices are also very fair.Tomato soup was very good, as was Frittatensuppe - local beef soup with pancakes. I had Wild salmon which was probably the best salmon I ever had in a restaurant. Slices of Chickenfilet from Charinthia was also excellent. Love the way they bring you your receipt... :)Highly recommended!

We are pleased also to present selected beef cuts in our restaurant Adriana alongside traditional specialties such as boiled beef or beef tartare. The steak sizes as Rib Eye Double, Tomahawk & Porter House, of course, in Dry aged beef quality, served on a
I would definitely not rate this restaurant no. 2 in the area how currently is ranked. It definitely doesnât deserve such a good valuation. Me and my girlfriend rely quite often on tripadvisor and this time we were very disappointed with both service and food. The interior design is quite welcoming and sort of let you remain with the promise of equally interesting food. Nothing more misleading! The look of the food gives you the impression of good quality and taste but definitely underperforming. We ordered Wiener schnitzel which arrived without a lemon, the tartare of salmone tasted like one from a can, not seasoned at all, the tomato soup tasted tinned tomatoes with too much cream (squirty) on the top. The staff is constantly in rush, not very chatty and apparently having some difficulties to speak Italian or German. We noticed that there were some guests drinking and not eating so maybe this place is made for drinking rather than eating. In fairness, we didnât try steaks which looked quite good but the rest of the food was very disappointing.

We arrived for Sunday lunch without a reservation, no fuss- the friendly staff quickly organised a table for us. The service was genuinly helful and discreetThe house wine very good, and yes the pizza is fantastic the garlic shrimps were sizzling, tasty and served with bread to dip into the wonderful garlicky oil â¤A family restaurant to recommend

The place is most famous for its pizza, but we didn't feel like eating pizza, so we've ordered some stakes and burgers. They were perfectly prepaired, with topings served separately which was very convinient. Desserts sounded and looked delicious, but we were full, so we didn't try any. The restaurant is very busy, so making a reservation is a must. Prices are reasonable and waiters are very friendly.
