Even though it looks like a touristy ice cream parlor, it has rather good pasta and pizza on offer. And the ice cream deserts are excellent, too! Good place if you do not feel like eating fish again.

Viele Jahre in der Stadt Heide gleichermaÃen bekannt wie beliebt und seit einiger Zeit in Büsum. Leckere und qualitativ hochwertige italienische Küche, die sich sehen lassen kann! Tolle Pastagerichte und Pizza, aber auch Fisch- bzw. Garnelenspezialitäten und Fleisch. Hier versteht man das Kochhandwerk. Alles zu fairen Preisen. Da kann man nichts falsch machen. Ein gut gelaunter italienischer Chef und freundliche Mitarbeiter runden den Besuch ab. Weiter so!

After a nice day out in Büsum my friend had arranged a dinner at Octopus for a few people. I was visiting and I was pleasantly surprised to see such a cosy nice place (not having been back in Dithmarschen for years). The food was delicious, of course I ordered baked potatoes (not many countries have good and tasty potatoes so it's always a treat when coming back to Germany) which was excellent. Everyone was in a good mood and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and snug. We ended up staying for a long time, having a few digestifs. I would recommend this place as it has a welcoming atmosphere, good service and delicious food (& drinks ;) ).

Waren nicht zum Essen dort, sondern lediglich auf ein paar Getränke. Auf der Terrasse im Strandkorb, mit freiem Blick auf das Wattenmeer und einem Pils bzw. Hugo auf dem Tisch ... wunderbar. Freundliche und umsichtige Bedienung, gepflegtes Ambiente und tolle Aussicht.
