The pizza is good. The service is fast, and the staff hustles.Mike is the draw; he's the reason I gave Mike's Pizza four stars. Mike has got to be one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Even if he doesn't know you from Adam, he's one of the nicest guys around. His staff is genuine, kind, and helpful. These people are the salt-of-the-earth - the type that keeps America chugging along despite our business-hostile culture. And Mike's crew has good attitudes, a rarity in today's service industry. The restaurant is not the cleanest, finest place around, but personally, I like these little holes-in-the-wall that used to give America its local color - small businesses run by families. I imagine that this is the kind of pizza joint where working men come to get their pizza - no bells and whistles nor pretension - no frou-frou, just good-sized portions, and "git 'er done."They deliver, too.Go see Mike, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Moved here 5 years ago, checked out several local pizza places and this is now our "Go to" place. Good pizza, great mussels marinara, nice chicken & eggplant parm. Order over the phone and it's ready in 20-25 minutes for pickup and they deliver. Very friendly inside the shop.
Having moved away from the area, I always enjoy getting good pizza when I return. Nick's was great. The pizza was excellent. You know you are getting good pizza when the workers are watching soccer and speaking a combination of English and Italian. Its just a pizza shop so nothing fancy but good food.

Urban CoalHouse is an Italian Restaurant & Bar where you will enjoy award-winning coal oven wings, delicious appetizers, selection of artisan old-world style pizza, pasta, dinners, and a wide selection of craft beer.
It's the same as Tommy's, which was mediocre at best. Many of the same staff as well. Greasy food with mid to higher prices. Happy hour was even a bust. The restaurant has nice ambience and the service was very good. It is BYOB. The chicken and veal parm were delicious. Dinner also comes with a nice salad.

After we were here several times and enjoyed good tasting meals, I really paid more attention to the staff and their actions this past Saturday night. Although mostly kids working as servers and bus boy/girls, I watched the servers disregard dirty dishes on customer tables while serving dessert. No attempt was made to clear the table prior to dessert arriving. I saw this at 3 tables. Additionally, I watched the bus boy take an entirely dirty table with crumbs and debris to remove some of it and wipe the rest in the floor without even moving the oil and vinegar. . The floor and chairs were covered with crumbs and even at the table I sat at. It only takes a little TLC and guidance to improve the one pet peeve of mine. Management should be aware of this and should improve the actions of their employees to provide a better atmosphere and environment. Our server was good but just took her time about getting some extras and refills. Food was excellent but my dinner was served 5 minutes after my girlfriends meal came first. What is going in here? Maybe it is just me.

We just discovered Brick Oven several months ago, and have been back twice since then. Every meal has been superb. Our favorite items: garlic bread, clam appetizer, antipasto, grouper, anything with their homemade sauce/gravy, pizza is also excellent. The service is terrific as well, the young lady headed to the U of Tampa was excellent our last time in. The outside of the restaurant is deceiving, driving by you wouldn't expect such good food to be inside. Brick Oven is BYOB, which is always great. The owner/chef is both skilled and friendly, and has created our favorite restaurant in Brick!

Came here for lunch. We ordered at the counter and then sat. Service was OK, but since they have waitress service as well, the waitresses weren't that friendly since we used self serve. The pizza was good. I'd probably be back for take out.Nice place.

Do yourself a favor and get yourself to Deninoâs. One of the best pizzas in the area. Try the Asalute-arugula on a white pie. Outstanding!
