Papa delivers! I had many happy campers at the White House last week! And an epic order was made, delivered and (partially) consumed.. every one was pleased and we are grateful that Papa Gambino's delivers to the White House !I hope my photo of the million dollar pizza uploads !!

I really hate to be negative about Dabesta because the staff is so accommodating, but the pizza really wasn't very good. The crust was soggy, the sauce was on the bitter side and it tasted like someone had too heavy a hand with the salt shaker.Hello Ghost,We're so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent visit to Dabesta Pizza! Please come back and have a slice on us, we would love to make it up to you. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product. We're sorry the slice you have described was even served. Thanks for your feedback, it is very important to us.

Got up late on Saturday and wanted some good food prior to shopping. I now filled the bill. I choose the 2 for $12 salad and children scampi Delicious and I had enough for leftovers. My mate had chicken spinocolli which is always delicious Had baked cauliflower with it which was amazing. Great food and Brianna was a attentive server. Thanks

Have never eaten at this place and have never had a buffalo chicken pizza. Can't wait to go back and try both again. It was a great new experience all the way around!

I'm not quite sure why this is classed as a restaurant as it has no eat-in facilities, though possibly other branches of Gambino's do. It's strictly takeoutMy husband isn't a big pizza fan (at least pizza as a main meal), but I am. When I do get to order a pizza, it's always from Gambino's--excellent crust, generous toppings, nice amounts of sauce and cheese. Cost is very reasonable for the area. What we mainly get from Gambino's is their sandwiches. They are big enough that one is usually enough for both of us to share for lunch. I will say, however, that the amount of veggies is not always consistent, and seems to depend on who's making the sandwich. Onions are sometimes overly generous and are cut in quite large pieces; I generally ask for very light onions and extra tomato and peppers. One thing that's especially good is the quality of their bread and pizza dough, which is made in-house, and the fact that you can have sandwiches on wheat bread. They have gluten free pizza dough as well.

Delivery and takeout pizzeria.
I would like to give you more stars because your pizza tastes good , but the past two times out of three I found not much toppings. We just had what was supposed to be pepperoni and onion, but I had to put it directly in the light to try and find onion on it. I found what I thought might have been a couple of tiny pieces of crispy minced onion. It's not a Wednesday deal if there is less topping. The time before I ordered ham and pineapple. There were just a couple of strips of deli ham. So minimal I couldn't taste that there was any. So I've given it three tries. I don't want to order again if you skimp on the toppings. Never have had that issue with any other pizza place, so I'm not sure why that is here. Good Morning Angelina! Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately this is the first we're hearing of this issue so we hadn't know that you were unsatisfied until now. I personally made that pizza for you yesterday and our onions are diced small and are white which makes them hard to see with our white mozzarella cheese. I would invite you to message us on Facebook to see if theres something we can do to earn you business back.

So, full disclosure..we are New Yorkers...and though very happy living in Maine...we are not pleased with the italian food..until now.Delightful service...and meatballs that were moist flavorful and full of real meat. Even the roll is imported from a special bakery. It has been a long time...and we will be back! Please just try it...

Lunch or dinner individual pizzas are very good. Thin crust with just the right amount of toppings make their pizza a great meal. Outside dining overlooking the Penobscot River makes for a nice atmosphere. Typically open from Wednesday to Saturday 11:00am to 7:00pm

I stopped in here recently on my way through Bangor. The pizza itself was decidedly average. It wasnât great, but it wasnât terrible either. The staff were friendly. The bathrooms were in significant need of cleaning. Overall, this was a decent pizza joint, but I suspect Bangor has better options.

Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in town. The menu has the standard classics--burgers with a mix of entres--but prepared and presented to perfection. Clearly a cooking staff that knows and loves their craft.
