I always get the same thing here - the chicken Marsala pizza. I am a fan of the dish and this is the best I have tasted. I imagine the other stuff is pretty good too, but I may never find out.
My son loves pizza, but usually from the local pizza shop. We decided to try Pizza Hut because of a promotion they were running. I ordered online for self pickup, it was ready in 15 minutes. The hand tossed crust pizza was the best. It was soft and delightful, better than your average pizza store.

I have reviewed Villa Rustica in the past. Previously I have just had their wonderful pizza and hero sandwiches as take out items. This time, I ate in their dining room and had a fabulous dinner. The restaurant is comfortable and staff super friendly, efficient and professional. The seating is comfortable. They serve beer and wine. For dinner I had Veal Alla Valdostana which is veal stuffed with fontina, proscuitto, and mushrooms topped with marsala sauce. It was wonderful and the serving size was something to write home about. It was accompanied by a large bowl of spaghetti which was about the meal sized servings in many other restaurants. If you want a memorable meal, in a super friendly, well run neighborhood restaurant Villa Rustica is a must. I really love this place!

This little neighborhood place serves better classic Italian dishes than most places in Manhattan. We ordered veal parm and veal Marsala and it even came with the pasta which usually never happens in Manhattan. On top of that the prices were far better Everything was very fresh and delicious. Usually when the bread basket has been reheated or seems stale, then you usually know the place is not great. However the bread was nice and fresh and everything was good from the start. We did not stay for dessert but I got in one of the best cappuccinos that I have ever tasted. The service was excellent as well.If you are looking for ambiance, perhaps this is not the place but when everything else is so good, it would be a shame not to try out this great little restaurant.

Pete's has been in the neighborhood for decades. Their pizza, Italian dishes, wins, and Greek food are delicious and reliable. We enjoyed a chicken gyro, lamb gyro and Freire ball ready in minutes and delicious. If you pickup and can't park, they'll happily bring it to your car. The casual atmosphere makes it great for families and Kate night cracks too.

A pizza and sandwich joint that offers unique and well-crafted items. I've had a chicken and waffle slice of pizza and a Boulevard sandwich. Both good, ranging to very good. A tad pricey but worth trying in the neighborhood at least once.

Four of us ate here this evening. The waiter was nice tho inexperienced. We ordered a casear salad, and got a chopped salad with breadcrumbs, the dressing wasn't bad tho. Next up was the fried Calamari, it was very salty, however crisp and not too greasy. At this point the waiter disappeared. Another server brought out some stands for their 12" pizzas, we ordered two. Chicken and Artichoke and Cheese. The Chicken Artichoke was overcooked and cold, there seemed to be a garnish on here that smelled to me like cilantro, the chicken was dry and yet the bottom was soggy. The cheese pizza was hot on arrival, however and sorta crisp on the bottom, but the sauce, for heaven sake the sauce was worse than any grocery store frozen pizza I've ever had, no amount of parmesan could help this pizza. These were two of our dishes, our other two dining partners were left to wait. At some point now our waiter swung by and dropped two bottles of tap water, never asking if we wanted anything else to drink, I enquired..Where are the other two entres. He said they are cooking them right now, we are not in the habit of eating while others wait, but my husband insisted. about 15 mins after the other two dishes came out, while the plate for the shrimp scampi was hot, the noodles and shrimp were not, my husband twirled his fork to get some and they came off the plate in one large clump. My daughter had the veal with arugula, probably the thickest slice of veal I'd ever seen in a restaurant. I could not wait to leave, and then the utimate insult to injury, finally we flagged down another waitress and asked to have the check since our waiter had not bothered to check on us. When the check came well, there is nothing worse than paying 120.00 bucks with no drinks for food that gave me agida. This place was horrible. In the end they started to play some type of irritating music not at all appropriate for dinner. Nothing worse than cold food, poorly tasting food, lack of attention by the servers and over priced, Last but not least we sat in the middle of the dining area, in line with some doors that lead to a tented outside dining area, every single time the doors opened COLD air across our table. Im home now and I'm nauseous. Never Again! EVER

Piccolo Sogno is owned by Executive Chef Maurizio who brings his culinary talent and vision to each dish he prepares for his guests. We are waiting for you in our italian restaurant near Bayside, in Flushing, Queens, to taste something special.
Lovely family Italian restaurant and pizzeria. Visited with 2 other family members and enjoyed ourselves. Service was great. At least 4 different associates came by including owner to check up on our dinner, pizza, and drinks. Meal was well prepared and enjoyable. Had an Italian dinner two days earlier at another restaurant which cost 5 times more for 6 people-a mistake. Should have picked Piccolo Sotho instead. In summary, great food, reasonable prices, good value, nice presentation, great service where you are not forgotten. Italy comes to Flushing. Will return on next trip. thank you

Fiamma 41 opened it's doors in October of 2013. Though the restaurant is very young, the recipes are not. Mama Maria, whose recipes are the inspiration for Fiamma 41's food program, was born in Matera, Italy, where she learned how to prepare only the most
Came for a family celebration with 3 generations. Itâs a beautiful venue. Food and service are fabulous. We enjoyed fried calamari and the hot appetizers (mushrooms, eggplant, & shrimp). For entrees we had several kinds of their brick oven pizza, salads and pasta. Everyone loved the food.

Picked up a pie and some side slices over the weekend. The pie was half peppers and onions and the side slices included mushrooms and pepperoni. We're still chewing on the pizza hours later. The dough and cheese were super rubbery and unwelcomed. Even our 3-year old pizza monster daughter didn't finish her slice. The pizza chef is on the crusty side too. Wouldn't mind seeing a plastic glove or two worn or a hand wash between customers. Really tough to get a good slice in north east queens in general. Best bets are Amores and Grimaldis. Allora is not bad, too. Good luck.
