Near the Wagner House, this Italian has a large menu and drinks options. Those on our table had calzone, and pasta dishes. All were very good and there was good coffee to follow. Simple atmosphere. Itâs the only restaurant in the immediate vicinity and is a good choice.

Have been in Germany many times for work, but I live in Italy, where pizza is facing a big change since 2012 when a few pizza makers decided to renovate it..Here in Bayreuth I eat many pizzas in many places but every time I felt as I was eating something old, like pizza in the 80's in Italy. When I went in La Bottega della Pizza,I found a passionate owner who explained me his changes on pizza making, the flours he decided to use,and many other things and the pizza was awsome, like the one we have in Italy nowadays.

We have eaten here often and the food varies from time to time. We have ordered pizza to take home and two out of three times the food was burned. We still give them a chance because the food is good ( when it isn't burned ).

Solid Italian place in Bayreuth with attentive service and nice choice of Italian dishes including pasta and pizza. Beware, the pizza is HUGE! Really, for two to share or maybe even 3... Nice ambiance and very nice music while we were there. Grazie mille, Alena!

Came here with family of 5. We have chosen the place because it was close to highway and well reviewed in TripAdvisor. It did not disappoint, the kids like the pizza while the adults chose vegetarian pasta variation from the daily menu.Good value for money, fast and friendly service as well as nice atmosphere. Would come again!

There are some pretty rave reviews about this place and from my experience, they're justified. I had a sensationally fresh and tasty salad followed by one of the most outstanding thin, crispy based pizzas I've ever enjoyed. The place is basic and quite small, but the service is lovely and the prices incredibly reasonable. Highly recommended!
