Find out what Pizza restaurants to try in Bath. Known for its restorative wonders, Bath was once the home of Jane Austen. Sure, you could attempt to conjure up this elegant city by reading Pride and Prejudice in your tub, but as Bath has a lot more history than your bathroom (we assume, anyway) you'd be missing out. A stroll through Bath is like visiting an open-air museum, with roughly 5,000 buildings in the city drawing notice for their architectural merit. After your stroll, soak in the natural hot waters of the Thermae Bath Spa, once a favorite of the Celts and Romans.

A family run Italian pizzeria serving delicious pizzas cooked in our very own wood-fired oven.
Just terrible, oversalted, extremely greasy and bland garlic bread.Pizza base extremely doughy and not fully cooked. We were hungry and just wanted a simple meal, absolutely horrible.Worst meal I have ever had.Disgusting.Don't order here. The 'garlic bread' you ordered and show in your photo is actually our dough sticks with garlic butter for dipping (think dough balls but as sticks) this is not our garlic bread, which is a different style of product. The pizza you show in the takeaway box is 3/4 eaten, the rest pulled apart and surrounded by either wet wipes or tissue of some type (our napkins our black) also I can't understand what is going on in one corner of the box that shows some type of cheese residue or something else, did you turn the box on its end when you picked it up? In any case its a very good attempt to take a very bad photo. We have won numerous 'best pizza' awards over the 14 years we have been open so I don't think our pizzas are generally considered over-salted, terrible, greasy or bland.

Food ok but nothing exceptional. Service was lacking and there were times the service staff obviously didnât communicate with each other as things either never came to the table (drinks requested) or came out wrong. Pizza base was stodgy and chewy rather than crisp. Some of the starters were lovely, including the specials, mains were lacking though.

Cosy, warm and friendly pizzeria serving the very best Neapolitan style pizza fresh from a wood-burning oven.
This is a nice location, you can sit outside in the warmer months, and it is near the theatre and pretty much pedestrianised. The pizzas are ok, not the best in Bath, we've been there three times in total. The main body of the pizza is good, but the crust is too big and doughy and often burnt.Service is ok.

At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don't do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We're all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food. Only 10 minutes walk from Bath Spa statio
Had not booked and walked in off the street, lots of tables available and member of staff was helpful.Ordered two glasses of Frascati wine and was offered a jug of water, wine was cool not chilled enough and the water was from the tap, not a problem in its self, but was warm and had no ice in the jug. I watched the bar and they had no drinks chillers and i never saw any ice put in the water jugs.Ordered a starter of Calamari which came quickly but was very bland and needed seasoning but none on the table. The Calamari was obviously deep fried and was over cooked and rubbery and chewy. The first pieces had crispy batter but by the time we reached the lower pieces the oil had drained and made them soggy.Ordered classic pizzas I had the pepperoni with extra chicken and partner ordered the three cheeses. Both arrived after a long time, the pepperoni on mine was about the size of 20 pence pieces and so could not taste it plus the extra topping of chicken was sparse and dry.The three cheese pizza included goats cheese which just over powered the other cheeses. Both ordered Gelato which arrived in cocktail shaped stainless steal dishes and with the large spoons it was difficult to eat the three scoops.Overall expensive for mediocre food and yes I did highlight all the above to the waitress who just apologized.Would I use this Zizzi restaurant again â NO plenty of better choices in the CityWould I use the Zizzi restaurant chain again - NO

Firehouse Rotisserie ha been popular in Bath Serving delicious food with a hint of Southern California. Friendly staff and a warm interior, with a lovely wine list and A menu based around free range rotisserie chicken in three flavours. Also prime steak, g
Had an early (ish) dinner here - both of us had the chicken and ordered two sides to share - roast potatoes and Mac n cheese plus wo beers and two glasses of red wine. Approx £25 per head. The atmosphere was cosy and the staff went out of their way to find us a window table, even turning a four seater table into two for us. Our waitress was lovely and the fact that the restaurant was quite full at 8pm on a Wednesday night was a good indication of its popularity. Definitely would eat here again.......try it - you won'g be disappointed.
