As a family, we've had Sweet Pizzz many times. I'm surprised that nobody has reviewed it yet. We've never sat down to eat here, takeout only. Their sweet pizza is excellent, in my opinion, the best around. If you're looking for a change from standard, everyday pizza, it's a great choice. We always get the extra large pie (rectangular in shape) and it always comes with a small container of hot sauce with it, which I personally love to spread onto my pizza. The seating area is nothing special, but I wouldn't be afraid to dine in.

We stopped at Anthony's while driving to New York when we saw it on Trip Advisor. We were hungry and did not want fast food. It was nice to be able to get a slice of good pizza without having to order a whole pie. My daughter even wanted a second slice. My husband was able to get his pepperoni and me my cheese...I liked that the pizza was not over sauced. Looks like the have many other Italian dishes beyond pizza to. Overall good tasty pit stop!
One of my favorite pizza's. I Love the sweet sauce, but you have to get the hot sauce too. It makes for a great combination. Always friendly service, and they also deliver. If your near Frackville PA and want to try something different. Stop by the Pizza Place! Not to be confused by another place called Sweet Pizza.

The food here is always superb. Their house Italian salad dressing is made in house, unique, and the best dressing anywhere. Though their house balsamic dressing is also excellent. We had four meals and all were cooked to perfection, greatly portioned, and excellent flavor. Service was great as well. You just cannot beat OIP in Frackville for excellence all around.
The pizza was terrible and the place is dirty I was told by a ex employee that the area he prepares dough in the basement is moldy and disgusting and bugs everywhere he told me this after I had gotten a pizza and literally found a bug baked into the crust. And not to mention the owner is a pervert my wife was always afraid to go in this place I used to enjoy the subs but will no longer eat here after that pizza and the owner was just arrested for unwanted sexual advances on female employees.

This restaurant is located on Oak Street in downtown Mt Carmel. Parking is usually ok on Oak Street. The food is very, very good, with all of your favorite Italian dishes available, from pizza to full dinners. I eat here often and it's usually pretty fast. Service is mostly good and always pleasant. It's inside an old eatery (Langises), so it has a nice homey feel. Good food at reasonable prices.
We usually stop here on our way back to NYC and purchase 12 packs of Pierogies to make at home. We freeze them and they usually last us 2 months before running out. I've had their hoagies, or subs if you prefer, and they're great as well. I was glad t see their election of Big Ben sodas available the last time I stopped in.
Where to eat American food in Ashland: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Hollywood pizza place has been here for a long time. Experienced the excellent pizza, homemade pies, cookies and breads when I first visited my husbands relatives in this little Borough about 40 years ago and the restaurant is still in business. Food still delicious and staff very friendly. Always bought a raisin pie or tarts to take back home with me. Really good raisin filled cookies also. Can't go wrong stopping by Hollywood Pizza for a snack or meal if your visiting Mount Carmel, Pa.

The atmosphere is quaint - typical of small Italian restaurants in the area. It was crowded on a Wednesday evening with several large groups (8 - 10 pleople) which resulted in it being rather loud. The food was OK. My steak sandwich tasted good but the bread was very dry. Even the bread in the basket the server brought when we sat down was rather dry.The service was OK until the end when we waited about 15 minutes after getting the bill and the server was nowhere to be seen. So we left the money on the table and left.
This is by far our favorite place for pizza. On Saturdays they have a special of two extra large pies and you can get one topping on one of the pies and it costs about $22 with tax. It feeds us for two meals:) Every day they have some kind of special going, just ask. They do have a small seating area you can take advantage of if you like but it's not fancy. I prefer to only do take out here. They do offer a sweet sauce if you prefer, you just have to ask. I've gotten cheesesteaks here too & they're delicious as well.
