Stopped here after a morning at the tapestry. Super welcome followed by very friendly and efficient service. Busy with quite a lot of external seating on an open corner site. Loved the substantial home style burgers - 2 regular and 1 with foie gras too. Not too expensive either. This was a good choice for lunch in our first day in bayeux and holds true to its reputation.

We ordered two different pizzas (Vauban Pizza and the Marina Pizza)---both were very tasty, with nice thin crusts--served fairly quickly. We were both quite surprised with the great selection of seafood on the Marina Pizza. We stopped in for a late lunch, as it is difficult to find many places in town that are open in the mid-afternoon---we could not have been more pleased. The dessert crepes looked scrumptious that we observed being served to other tables---had it been dinner, we would have tried to do both--as it was, we took leftovers back to our room. Friendly service (chef came to salute us) big pizza but « not something to write home to mother about! » great location right next to cathedral !Cannot rate with only sampling one thing. My friend who had some kind of cheesy casserole loved it !Good atmosphere !

Bayeux was packed with tourists, when our family of 5 tried to find a place to eat. The hostess quickly cleaned a larger table, rearranging things to find a spot for us. They have a varied selection pizzas plus other great pasta dishes.

We had a lovely lunch here while visiting Bayeux in early July. My parents ordered from the lunch menu offer of plate and dessert for â¬16.50. They had Travers de porc à la provençale, purée de pomme de terre as a main and the dessert wasRiz au lait à l'ancienne et fruits rouges. Both dishes were lovingly prepared and absolutely delicious.They were very happy with their food choice and it was a great lunch deal.My husband and myself went for pizza dishes. My husband had chorizo and peperoni pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it and I really liked my 4 Cheese Pizza of Normandy, too. For dessert we had some delicious apple ice cream. The kids had steak haché avec frites followed by ice cream and were delighted.We enjoyed a really memorable meal here.
