I saw this little restaurant (in fact a small trattoria) on Tripadvisor. I have a flat in nearby Sanremo but I would have never got to see this place as it is just a little bit out of the way. We went last Sunday and we had a very good experience. The food is fairly traditional but well prepared: I had octopus in red wine and as a main course roe deer with a sauce of walnuts. My wife went for fish and was equally pleased. They have fixed menu (30 Euros for a fish menu) but as they included starters, mains and dessert we thought that would be too much.In addition to the good food there was live music. I was a bit suspicious but in fact the music was quite good. Two ladies, one playing the violin (I found out she plays for the Sanremo Symphony Orchestra) and the other playing the guitar. They also have a pizza menu which is quite interesting for the younger ones. The pizzas looked excellent. The place is rather small and at weekends or in high season one should book a table. Service was fast and efficient even with all the tables full. The price for four with only one beer and two glasses of wine was around 25 Euros each.

The main strength of this restaurant is the location: directly above the beach, with a nice panorama of the Mediterranean sea. The food served is not bad, but it shows lack of care and, most important, served in really tiny portions (if compared to the price and servings of other restaurants nearby). So, you might dine with view, but later you'll be craving for a second dinner (or at least one huge dessert). Waiting staff OK, but the head waiter shows really bad attitude towards its subordinates, which is a bit unsettling. Overall, not bad, but it can be improved, and would not be my first choice for dining.

Conad seems to control most of the La Riviera mall space (huge supermarket, pharmacy, pet store & cafeteria), and that's not a bad thing at all. The restaurant is sort of like a funky IKEA restaurant knock-off, but that is not a bad thing. Really inexpensive breakfast lunch and dinner items. Good specials. Fresh pizza. Gelato. In high season there's even a free shuttle from the mall to the beachside.

We've been meaning to leave this restaurant a fantastic review for far too long!Vento Largo scores highly on every aspect of a dining experience and I can guarantee you won't be disappointed with your evening spent there. The food is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for an after dinner stroll along the coastline. I've lost count of the times we've eaten there, it's just too tempting to resist!...No trip to Arma is complete without paying this restaurant a visit! Enjoy!

This excellent italian seafood restaurant has a very charming atmosphere and is located directly at the beachfront. The restaurant is built in a beach hut style with lots of bamboo, wooden floor and a thatched roof which creates almost caribbean feeling. We enjoyed lunch with absolutely perfect spaghetti frutti di mare, lovely white vine and a panna cotta dessert which was the best I have ever tasted. The staff was quick and friendly and we will certainly come back to this nice place at next possibility.

We normally only visit Taggia in the winter months, so we weren't aware that this restaurant had outside seating in the summer which made for a very pleasant atmosphere in the old town.Service was very good from friendly waiting staff, with our waiter speaking quite good English. We had a mixture of dishes including pasta, pizzas and fritto misto and they were all excellent, as was the creme brulee which the waiter said he would use the blowtorch himself to ensure it was crunchy on top and indeed it was.No idea of the overall cost as our friends paid, but the prices on the menu looked reasonable for the quality of the food and the setting. The menu (apart from pizzas) was quite small which I always think is a good thing, but there were some delicious dishes of the day on offer. Altogether an excellent evening and we'll be going back.

Always a must when visiting the family down here. Seafood is a favourite: mixed platters as a starter are definitely recommended and very large. Spaghetti allo scoglio come with plenty of seafood. Fried calamari and prawns never disappoint, while ask for the catch of the day to be cooked in the oven.

I had dinner in this restaurant with some friends enjoying the "all you can eat" pizza night that included appetizers, pizza, dessert and drinks for a very competitive price.Food is great and the pizza very nice as well as the service always provided with a smile.
