This isn't your "normal" restaurant. The restaurant is located in Eastport in a building that was originally a Sears mail order house. The decor has a bit of a european flair and is very comfortable. The menu encourages sharing from the charcuterie boards to the "small" plates to the some of the best rustic thin crust pizza anywhere. And the decadent Belgian chocolate dessert. The menu is seasonal with many of the ingredients sourced locally. I was there on a Sunday evening and the place was packed until about 8 PM. I am told that the Friday and Saturday wait times can be one to two hours. Of course the wine offerings are extensive and offered in a broad price range. Although you will have a primary wait person, they use a team approach to provide very good service.Thanks so much for your kind review. I have walked by this bar so many times and did not realize it existed. Thankfully the valet at the Maryland House recommended it. Our large group could not decide on single options so we shared everything. The mussels and fries were a hit along with the Thai salad and the Den House salad. The Fredo, Farley and Vincent pizzas were excellent.

Always like this place. Best Veggie Pizza in town. The Phili Cheese Steaks are great too. They have one side with basic service with no tip required and full service with tip expected.
