This was a very well run restaurant. It is well supported by local people. The helpings are huge. We had one pasta between three as a primo and then we got huge pizzas. The food is well prepared but not many could cope with a full four course meal. We really enjoyed it and it certainly wasnât expensive including wine, water and coffee.This restaurant is only open at weekends.

Great, cheap, fresh pizza at this modest-looking bar with a view of Anghiari to die for. Located in the elbow of one of Via Novaâs hairpins, the steep road out of the valley, directly across from the townâs IP petrol station.Friendly, helpful service and definitely worth a visit. Don't miss out.

La Pineta is a great place to go, both for pizza and meats. I would recommend personally the meats over the pizza though- they are amazing. The service is good, and they can provide menus in English if you need it, although you will probably find that the staff wonât speak it. We have been there several times, once with young children and they are very accommodating. The play area is great fun for children, and they will love the topolino (mouse) shaped pizza they can do for children. The mozzarella and tomato salad is to die for- superb quality and very reasonable. I can highly recommend the steak with rosemary, and the patate con buccia (chips with skins). The wine is very reasonable as well.

We loved Il Bosco, fantastic pizza in a beautiful setting. Very informal and friendly, the service is excellent and the pizza, excellent. Il Bosco is very reasonably priced and delicious, we tried to go back another evening but unfortunately it was closed. Would recommend.

A cena con la squadra di volley della figliola, abbiamo mangiato un'ottima pizza, della giusta consistenza e ben condita, abbiamo bevuto due ottime birre, una chiara e l'altra rossa ed abbiamo terminato con un tiramisú spettacolare !! Sicuramente consigliato.

Right in the center of town and good prices. Their bacon looking pizza and ricotta pizza were awesome. The fried dough sandwich with prosciutto and mozzarella was also delicious. Service was efficient, but you need to squeeze your way to the front and place your order.

I donât normally complain about prices. But this is a very ordinary place and prices for our panini werenât low. At lunchtime to add Coperto( cover) for this has not happened anywhere in Italy on this trip. And they overcharged for one item. Finally their soft drink prices were much higher than we paid elsewhere. Thereâs a much better and nicer place about 25 metres away If you had food in our bar Iâm sure you had a menu where prices are write also âcopertoâ one euro, ridiculous, in other places I payed much more, so I donât understand if for you the prices were too high you decided to stay, why donât you go in the other nicer place about 25 metres away? When I go out Iâd like find prices and food like mine.....
