This is one of my favourite place in this area. The pizza is amazing, the dough is perfectly crunchy and the ingredients are fresh and high quality. One of the things I love is the great choice of doughs they have, spelt and barley are in my opinion the best. Also everyone is kind and polite, really a great place!P.s. try the âsegretiâ Thank you so much Kelly from our team. I hope you will be back soon!

Per puro caso, il 16 agosto, non un giorno qualsiasi, siamo entrati in questo ristorante che francamente conoscevo solo come pizzeria.Un incontro inaspettato e assolutamente soddisfacente...ho avuto modo di assaggiare una piccola degustazione di antipasti cotti di mare ed un solo primo, spaghetti aglio e olio in crema di cozze....e mi è partito il piacere di mangiare. Piatti cotti a regola d'arte,la cottura del merluzzo ha lasciato che la polpa fosse ancora non secca come spesso accade....Una bottiglia di rosè pugliese ed un conto che ha rilevato, a mio avviso un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo....da ritornarci ci calma...PS il gelato poi....?

Passione per la cucina, amore per la propria terra, la voglia di condividere e trasmettere tutto questo. E qualità del prodotto. Questi gli ingredienti base di ogni piatto. Location particolare, staff appassionato e cordiale. Salmone affumicato dalla consistenza e sapore speciale. Polipo morbido e gustoso. Primi dal gusto e abbinamento particolare. Verdure del proprio orto raccolte poche ore prima. Assaggio di olio buonissimo.. Consigliatissimo.

Il locale ha qualche elemento di arredo caratteristico del luogo ma non presenta elementi particolari da evidenziare. Le pizze sono gustose e leggere, ne vale la pena ma meglio quando la sala non è troppo piena, altrimenti purtroppo le conversazioni sono disturbate dal frastuono di fondo.

I have been with my mates after work for dinner. A place where you can find nice food like in many places in the area. What they should have done is to highlight the peculiarity of the location. The restaurant used to be a church built something like 10 years ago while nearby the community was building a huge one of the same name. So the temporary church became a restaurant but changing everything and not referring to anything of the old establishment. Big mistakes. For me is just another "pizzeria" but if they have recalled something from the past use the place would have been different, maybe not that original, but definitely peculiar.

If you're looking for a nice place where to eat your pizza Birbacco is the right one for you. I've been here a few times and always been happy with timing, food and price. But the one thing you'll love about this place is the landlord, very nice and funny guy, customer detail caring, you won' t leave the place unsatisfied. At the end of your meal before leaving he will always gives you something nice you'll remember the place for..too...

Spent a evening with my girlfriend and had a great dinner. Nice starters and amazing pizza Neapolitan style. The very annoying thing was the volume of the TV, they were watching a football game even if it wasn't a pub or thematic place. Hate teli when eating specially football game at high volume. Recommended

Restaurant is nice and has modern design. We have been welcomed on door and then sitted with greeting.We have tried different foods, starting with brusceta and olives, then pizza capricosa, big spaghetti with speck and custard cake. There was only one small suggestion, not to put anchovies on pizza because overpower the capricosa.We were very happy otherwise. The house wine was good too.Owners and their daughter are obviously very proud of their restaurant.

The location is very central. We manage to celebrate a birthday we were quiet few people, the sitting layout was good nice big space.The owner has made to us a standard menu: started/ two main course/second course to choose Meat or Fish. Overall no complain at all!A bit disappointed about the fish Spigola, letâs say was better if we didnât order, the meat tagliata was amazing!Thanks
