We ordered online, which was very user-friendly. They have good specials and we thought that their medium was as big as some of the larges in the other chains. The order was completely and ready as ordered but we felt that it was just "o.k."

Had dinner at Amici's with my wife and sister-in-law. We came here because of the previous reports on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed in any way. Everything about this place was excellent! Our server, Marco, was one of the best waiters we've ever had. He was extremely attentive, knowledgable and friendly. The food was extremely good as well. My sister-in-law raved about her appetizer and her entree. My wife did the same. I had the Ceaser salad, which was huge and very delicious. My entree, the veal parmigiana, was equally as tasty. We would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Pickering, Canada area.

Made the drive from Oshawa because of the great pizza and owner Donna goes out of her way to make us feel welcome. Good price and pizza is always the same - lots of toppings and so delicious. Need a fork and knife to eat.Everything on the menu is home made and good

We frequently dine at Il Fornello. Our family is always happy there. We booked a large reservation for our daughter's birthday and reserved the library. When we arrived we were seated in another section because the other party wasn't quite ready to leave. We were not happy because our guests were sitting in corners to make it work and seeing that left us very disappointed. Cassandra, our server, was absolutely fantastic! She acknowledged that she knew us, that she'd served our family many times and was so apologetic of the seating arrangement. I just wanted to share that all of our friends were so overly impressed with Cassandra's level of customer service. She went above and beyond. I hope that she gets recognized for her ability to make the customer happy, because this trait is clearly not in everyone. We walked away feeling happy, she genuinely cared and is amazing at what she does. Thanks Cassandra for everything you did for us You know we will definitely be back!

Selection of pizza is fantastic - the pizza sauce is to die for and the pizza crust is perfectly made and cooked. Pasta is also delicious. The staff were very patient and friendly. It is counter service with a liquor license - they have Stella on tap which was a nice complement to the pizza. Canât wait to go back.
