Discover Restaurants offering the best Pizza food in Aalborg, Jutland, Denmark. If Aalborg were a house, the real estate agent would sell it as "loaded with potential." The 1,000-year-old city is Denmark’s fourth largest, and boasts a Viking past, over 300 restaurants, a casino, lively nightlife and great shopping. The zoo breeds rare Siberian Tigers, and the Waterland and Tivoliland make it a great place for families to visit. Aalborg isn’t a hotspot for foreigners, yet. But we’ll watch as the waterfront of this busy port continues to gentrify, with expectations it will be one in the future.

I was in Bella Italia a couple of times, however if it wasn't for my friend who dragged me there I wouldn't probably entered myself. The building doesn't look very encouraging from the outside and seemed to have a fast food vibe. Well, as the proverb says: do not judge the book by its cover. Bella Italia turned out to be a great surprise. Casual interior, tasty food, friendly staff. Highly recommended if you happen to be in Stoevring.

Azzurra Ristorante Italiano was founded in 1990. It has a broad variety on the menu. The restaurant and take -away are mostly well known for their pizza.
I didn't have enough time before my train to sit down at a restaurant. I stopped in to see how long a personal pizza would take and was told "10 minutes max"...and they were right. I walked out 10 minutes later with a hot gorgonzola and mushroom pizza and a cold bottle of water for just over $6. They were friendly when I walked in the door, they spoke English...and the pizza was delicious!

This place is so close to where I live, and we finally had an opportunity to stop and grab a pizza on the way home one day. They get loads of business, so we expected something special. The staff were friendly and I could see they took pride in their work, but the result just wasn't worth it for me.The pizza (pepperoni with peppers and mushrooms) was bland and under seasoned. No flavour stood out and it was all very soggy. Instead of fresh mushrooms, they opted to used jarred or canned mushrooms, and a LOT of them. Canned mushrooms are watery and have an odd flavour to them, and there were handfuls on handfuls of them, which didn't help the sogginess and the blandness. I had high hopes, and maybe we didn't catch them on a good day, but I wouldn't buy another pizza from them to find out.

I was there with a friend, we had pizza and wine. The pizza was very tasty and delicious! The wine selection was very small, but the wine we got was okay (nothing special but could be worse).Unfortunately, they have only big tables and placed us in between two other groups of guests. Therefore, it was not really comfortable and felt strange. Smaller tables to give all guests a single one would be better.

Ristorante SanGiovanni is a family owned Italian restaurant establishment with four different concepts in the same building.SanGiovanni is owned by the Volpi family since 1988. We offer classic Italian cucina and pizza in our "Trattoria & Pizzeria", Itali
This restaurant has nothing to do with an Italian restaurant. My 'insalata caprese' (tomatoes and mozarella cheese) was made with the cheapest and most tasteless Mozarella they could find and even more tasteless tomatoes. In my 'cannelloni di cervo' (pasta filled with deer meat) the meat was chewy and over seasoned. I do not recommend this restaurant.

My pasta was amazing! I got no. 13 which is pasta with mushrooms and a delicious creamy sauce. In my opinion it was the best dish ordered at the table. However the chef got the pizza order wrong so one of us had to wait for food while the other three had to eat for their food not to get cold. To be fair the waiters apologized but it was still a factor which was a bit annoying. Also when you order wine you still have to pay for water.. I have never tried this before, and actually do not understand it! So overall very good pasta, mediocre pizza and great service but the other factors might do that I wont be back.
