My wife and I just had an incredible dinner this evening at Delimar. She had a shrimp dish with cream-based Peruvian rice and I had beef tenderloin with vegetables, rice, and fries. We each tasted each other's dishes and both were fantastic. I was in Peru 6 months ago and it was every bit as good as the awesome food I had in Lima and Cursco. If you like Peruvian food then add this to your list or if you have never tried it then you have to go for the experience. Very reasonably priced and very good quality. Restaurant is in Paradise Beach Villas. A bit on the pricey side with interesting selections. Large portions that were too much for one sitting. Our dinner at El Chalan was delightful! The menu offers authentic Peruvian cuisine including several choices of cerviche, asian fusion, and creole fusion Peruvian cuisine. The cerviche was fresh with a great presentation. The menu offers photos of most prepared entrees. Both our beef and chicken meals were delicious. Cecilia, our server, was more than accommodating in service. Prompt, friendly, and conscientious.The atmosphere was most comfortable. Transportation recommended.
