North Miami is a suburban city located in northeast Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States, about 10 miles (16 km) north of Miami. If you don't like this restaurant then you don't know good food. The chef is a wizard and this place is amazing -- his last restaurant Adriana was also amazing. I hope this restaurant is open forever but I think they closed for the summer recently and hopefully they are open again this winter and forever.

I have been so disappointed so far in the recommended restaurants that I went to in Miami and this definitely didnât disappoint in fact was one of the best restaurants Iâve eaten in in a very long time the atmosphere the food the service,the atmosphere absolutely fantastic.I sat at the bar as the huge restaurant was full ,even the outdoor seating.I asked the bartender which ceviche he recommended and he said the mixed seafoodThe portion and flavors were to die for ,it was perfectly seasoned the right amount of lime and flavor and everything was super tender ,not rubbery as can happen with ceviche I could finish the huge portion as I wanted to try somewhere else ,he recommended the special which was tastaronnes with avocado cream and diced tuna just perfect Ended with a dessert he recommended,which was great just a little to sweetI forgot the delicious tequila passion fruit cocktail he prepared for me I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting south beach

My wife and I never tried Peruvian food and we were looking for something that will surprise us and Aji Carbon did. The staff was great but every dish we had was even better lol. Rafael made sure we understood how each meal was prepared and his recommendations.
