Things to do in Grazzano Visconti
Servizio giovane, cortese e competente.Conto corretto.Consigliato, torneremo.

This was our first experience in an Italian family restaurant. Antipasto is presented as a buffet as is dessert. Both are plentiful and excellent. The pasta dishes, risotto and meat dishes are plentiful. Lots of home made delicious bread. We had a wonderful time!

You would never know this place exists here, tucked away between the fields, if you werenât a local or didnât have TripAdvisor. But at least locals all seem to know about this place because when we arrived at lunchtime on a Thursday afternoon, the parking place was full of cars and nearly all the tables outside were full. We did attract some attention as clearly the only tourists and we could see they werenât too used to tourists as they didnât have English menus or even speak any English but with pointing on the meat platter on another table and listening on their daily specials (lasagna and pollo) we could understand each other pretty well. The food was excellent, real home cooked food and it was so cheap it almost felt like robbery. What an amazing place! Truly recommend you to take the trouble and find it!

This is a very attractive restaurant with a buzz about it, especially at the weekend. It looks fantastic as you drive up. There's a huge choice of pizzas and they're very good. But there's something not quite right about the service. The first time we came we were ignored for 20 minutes - OK, Saturday night, they were busy. The second time, we all ordered beer, and they brought the bottles, but no glasses. And they're not apologetic about it. If you are happy to go for the atmosphere and the food, fine. But if bad service annoys you, best to avoid.

The last time that my wife and I visited Bellaria was in 2005 at a family gathering. Bellaria was originally built and operated by my Italian family and remained so until 1980 when it changed ownership. The current owners continue to operate Bellaria with the same care and quality as in the past. In fact, they have done an excellent job redesigning and redecorating the trattoria so that today it is unquestionably one of the best, most attractive in the Rivergaro, Italy area.On this occasion my wife and I stopped at Bellaria for a light pranzo. We both chose the anolini piacentini, a spinach and ricotta stuffed pasta served in a butter sauce and covered with Parmesan cheese (formaggio grattugiata). This very tasty dish was preceded by a house salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, walnuts and gorgonzola cheese. Naturally, this was accompanied by a house white wine. Delicious! As a bonus, we were seated by the windows that overlooked the Trebbia River (Fiume Trebbia) and the hills beyond the river with the scenic Castello di Stato and the Chiesa di Stato that made the panoramic view even more pleasing.Bellaria is frequented mostly by locals (they know the best places). But, if you are a tourist passing through or visiting Rivergaro be sure to stop at Bellaria for an excellent pranzo or la cena.

We were taken to the Osteria Vecchia Pergola by a work colleague who described the experience as "strange". It was far from being strange it was wonderful. The ambience is very artisanal and welcoming and full of locals, so you know its good. We were seated at our table the waiter promptly brought the menu and our host described what he would suggest we have as non of us spoke Italian. We had the Salami Misto with Gnocchi Fritto. These warm bread "parcels" are amazing and when you add the plentiful hams, meats and salamis and fresh cheeses they are absolutely amazing. We had local red and white wines which were equally superb. Finally we had a range of beautiful Italian style home made desserts, I had a beautiful Tiramisu. Belissimo. Paolo entertained us with local stories and descriptions of all the excellent local produce we sampled. It really was a great night and if ever I am back in the region (quite possibly) I would go straight to this fantastic and friendly restaurant.

Nice and elegant location inside a charming medieval village and close to the castle of Rivalta this restaurant .Outstanding service, food , atmosphere, local wines. Not cheap.A great place for an anniversary dinner or to mark any special occasion. This was our third time . Last year we enjoyed a fabulous dinner for the New Year's Eve Parties with fantastic fireworks around the Rivalta 's castle .

In this enchanted surrounding waves the metal-sign of âAntica Osteria del Falcoâ, representing a huge and curve-shaped Soup-tureen calling to the mind images of a reinvigorating hot soup, of a sumptuously laid table, of the mother. In the Bottega (shop),
Due to the very nice and original Castle location, I do recommend a daytime visit, when you will be able to appreciate the castle, the church, the little shop and bar outdoor. CAn get lively if a cerimony celebration is scheduled for lunch or dinner. As for the food, my preference went to the traditional appetizers, especially the ham and the various sliced specialities from the area (coppa, pancetta, lardo...).Also noticeably the stuffed pasta servings (tortelli spinaci e ricotta al burro), whilst I found the ravioli with brod a little salty.I myself was stuffed enough by the time meat servings came, and did non enjoyed them that much. As for the wine, wide choice, would suggest a bottle anything aroun 25e.

Informal local slightly ' age ' ' where do you a lot of attention to the substance, a homemaker, and fair price. 1 Large dining room ready to host major companies with custom menus for every occasion and a separate room for private parties, Bachelor/bache
I think that it's a typical italian tavern which has nice atmosphere, good price and good food quality (fried dumpling, tortelli, pasta, meat, desserts, ecc.)
