RÄtÄ pays homage to Southern New Zealand. A modern light-filled eatery tucked away in the centre of bustling Queenstown, surrounded by an urban forest of native trees with a backdrop of some of the regions oldest historic buildings. It is the essence of N
This is a beautiful and upmarket restaurant. We were part of a big group of around 35 people. The food was delicious and presented very well and the service was good and attentive despite a very busy night. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place, have been here every time we visit Queenstown over the past 3 years. The food is excellent and the setting is divine. Recommend booking in advance as it is quite popular these days. The rosè was not as delightful as previous years but still good. Seafood chowder is excellent as are the prawns. The service was a bit lax at first (25 mins waiting for the wine) but they rallied and all went well with the food. Kids menu is also available and very good.

Fantastic selection of entrees and mains. Great steaks to have on your own, but the best ones are so good and so big, they are best to be shared. Plenty of good wines to wash it all down with. This is a 6-7 minute drive out of Queenstown in a residential area, but well worth it. The food is absolutely first rate, different from the usual tourist menu, served by one of the owners in afriendly, laid back but efficient manner while the other owner
Always excited to dine here, the food is generous, fresh, beautifully presented and the wines are incredible. The owners are so warm and friendly and really go above and beyond to make you feel at home and that you are important even with a full restaurant. The food came quickly and we couldn't even order a dessert we were so full after an entree and main. Keep up the great work, until we meet again!

Hidden away down a back alley in the center of Queenstown behind a rustic old wooden door, The Bunker offers discreet and intimate 'rustic' fine dining â specializing in red meats, game and local produce with a distinctly New Zealand flavour complimented
This is a small restaurant that requires booking. The service was impeccable, well informed and able to advise on any detail. Their wine list is extensive and their recommended wine match was very appropriate. The pricing was high, but for the quality and experience it was reasonable, I have it on my contact list so we can dine there whenever we are in Queenstown.

Queenstown & New Zealand's only floating bar! Tap beer, local wine and the best damn view in town! Plus BYO your own food. We are open 12noon - 11pm, Monday to Sunday!
What a brilliant idea, I sincerely hope everyone give them a go... such a simple concept and to enjoy sitting around drinking beer or wines and in winter mulled wine... such a beautiful picturesque scenery, people watching as well as lots of water sports. What do you have to do??? Go and buy some nibblies or food... a few of us bought Fergburgerâs burger of Fergbakerâs pie... say hello to the bar person, buy your beer or wine, you can either sit inside or go upstairs and sit outside.. they even have panel heaters to keep you nice and warm. Enjoy the view, relax and when you finish, take your empty glasses back to the bar person. Simple!!! There is even a toilet on board.

Pedro's House Of Lamb offers only one dish to Take away: a tender whole lamb shoulder slowly cooked over 4-5 hours. Garlic and rosemary bring out the delicious flavour and scalloped potatoes accompany the dish. In Queenstown we also do deliveries for $8 E
I had this last time, all by myself. It lasted me for 3 meals, dinner, breakfast and then dinner again while I was staying at my hotel.I went with the wife and friends this time and had to get them to try it.We ordered a delivery to the hotel for this which cost an extra $8. Well worth it if you don't have a vehicle and don't want to walk to get it.The delivery was spot on time. The lamb was still as tender and melt in you mouth as i'd remembered.Everyone loved it. It served 4 of us nicely.I will definitely be ordering this again next time I am in Queenstown.

Serving great meals from the Southern USA with that unmistakable Kiwi twist, head to Muskets and Moonshine for a chilled one. Just like its name, everything about this place is playful and fun. Chairs come in a gorgeous muddle of different shapes and size
From the get go it was an awesome restaurant! Our name was already on the table (in contrast to other First Table restaurants who coincidentally, told us our table wasn't ready and would we like some drinks while we wait). Our waitress Drew was warm and welcoming, she also told us a bit about the place, the books they have and offered to change the TV to a dufferent sport that my husband follows. The food was great and there was lots of it. We went with a share platter, our favourite was the brisket burger and battered jalapenos. The espresso moontini is also a must have here. We had dessert by the fire (on a cozy vintage couch) while I read one of the vintage books they had on the shelf. The triple chocolate brownie was brilliant. I'll be back just to read more of their books!Thank you for taking the time to write us such a great review! Druzie will be very happy with the personal mention!

Friendly greeting on arrival. Lovely & relaxing ambience. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. We tried the Duck Nachos & Vietnamese noodles both had amazing favours, loved that the nachos were fried wonton, fantastic texture. Cocktails were a little pricey but delicious. Everything was presented beautifully. We only had the 2 dishes, ample food for us both. Would highly recommend.

We had been recommended this place, and they lived up to the recommendation. We arrived 60 minutes early for our dinner, there were no issues, the staff were great, very accommodating and when the food arrived (we shared the lamb shoulder) it was terrific, really tasty, fell off the bone and the roast potatoes were great as well. We were going to pass on desert, but on the recommendation of our waiter we shared the sticky toffee pudding special. Really light, not at all stodgy.Hello NicholasThank you very much for your review and for taking your time to write about us. At The Fat Lamb we are very proud of showcasing New Zealand cuisine. The Lamb should is the most amazing dish I love it too, it reminds me of my childhood.I hope you back to visit us again soon. And thank you again.
