We had burgers which were alright and the chicken sizzler which came with tasteless spaghetti. The food arrived after over an hour and the drinks even after that. Very strange. The whole staff seemed uncoordinated and overstrained, however they were super nice. Definitely trying to avoid such a place in the future.

This place is very central located in Sauraha. The owner of the restaurant is a very friendly man and you see he likes what he is doing. Everything is fresh, after made my order saw his wife walking to the shops to buy the ingredients. The food is very good priced which was a great welcome, because i think the restaurants in Saurah are a bit bit expensive.
We returned to Royal Kitchen and Bar after two months. The staff had remembered us and it was a nice hello. It is lovely family run cafe/restaurant. The food is very good , staff lovely and prices reasonable.Hot day lovely fans blowing and shady upstairs view. Thank you

Was ok and had a fresh fruit juice and pancakes. Pancakes were pretty good and fruit juice tasted ok, although the brown concoction we received didn't look like much like the one advertised on the menu. If you want good food and better atmosphere I'd recommend just going to friends cafe on the other side of the elephant statue.

We stopped for lunch at KcâsWe found their service very attentive and their food choices plentiful.More expensive than some places around the area but their quality was good. I think the prices represent the service and food given. I would happily recommend this restaurant.

On a scorching day right before the monsoon, we stopped in the Greasy Spoon for lunch. We were running out of rupees and needed a place that would actually accept our credit cards. The air conditioning was delightful and the staff courteous. It's a nice class/casual place, a little pricier than the other neighborhood establishments but still very reasonable. They have a nice assortment of Nepalese, Tibetan, continental and Indian-inspired foods. My hot and sour soup was delicious and ample and very spicy, accompanied by crunchy bread. My partner had a curry which was lovely. The staff were very friendly.

We went twice to this restaurant, and both times the food was really good. We had pizza and vegetarian sizzler first time, then pizza and tempura vegetables the second visit. All were well cooked. The staff were polite and during the second visit somebody was just sitting at one of the other tables playing the guitar and singing, which was an added bonus for us.It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we would definitely recommend a visit.
