I visited Neshuma by recommendation from someone that really knows about food, and prepares delicious food himself. So, I had to give a chance to this particular restaurant, even I am not vegetarian.Despite the dish of the day was offered at our arrival, once I ordered it, they told me it was not available, which didn't make the best first impression to me.I was about to leave the place and look for other options, but I have to recognize that the service provided by Kevin made the difference.Kevin was kind enough to take my dissapointment in a possitive manner, recommended me some options from the menu, offered to make a special request to try and offer something close to what I wanted; all of these while giving me the space to think and decide withtout pressure. Finally, I decided to stay and I am glad I did!!I tried the lentils' stew with vegetables as entry and it was delicious, could not stop until I run out of it.Then I followed with the fries: organic potatoes cooked with the skin and seasoned naturally that their taste is incomparable. And finally the Morelo wrap: with organic soy meat at mexican style, lettuce, cheese, cucumber, corn chips and guacamole, with a dressing of your preference. [The original one also has tomato, but I can't eat it]As I said in the title, the food was great and the service was greater!!They took good care to understand my allergie and make sure nothing in the dishes could harm me.Even the sweet end had to be "to go", because we were satisfied by the size of the dish and its side dishes. My vote goes for Neshuma: great variety of vegetarian food!! And if all is like what I tasted, I can say it is delicious.A special thanks to Kevin for the great service offered.

The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the visit. The food was really delicious and an unexpected experience in Costa Rica. The owner was very helpful, even though my Spanish was not very proficient. The price was great and the service was very attentive.

In Arab cuisine "Sash" is the oven where the bread that traditionally accompanies Eastern dishes are prepared. Condiments, colors, aromas and special ingredients make our Lebanese food tickle your senses. We invite you to taste the legacy that generations
The restaurant is beautifully & sumptuously decorated. The food is delicious, portions enormous & prices reasonable. Definitely worth a visit - and consider sharing a few dishes rather than everyone ordering their own. You wonât go hungry! The hummus was outrageously good as was the lamb.

The Mediterranean is our reason of being, with a wider concept that doesn't only include the food but also the health, the arts, the conversations and the friendships that are born in our table. Our influences come from the culinary and culturally richnes
The food is very good, the waitress is excellent. We donât speak Spanish & she didnât speak English but that didnât matter. We had the Steak & Lamb cutlets, both cooked perfectly & both delicious. Also, unlike others, the owner didnât come anywhere near us. That aside, giving the waitress a tip & she returning a hug, just topped off our night.

Fantastic Lebanese/Mediterranean food - we had a feast here with a large group, enjoying a wide variety of both meat- and plant-based delicacies. Elegant dining area is beautifully lit and decorated, and service was efficient and friendly. One of the best meals Iâve had over the years in San Jose - highly recommended!!p.s. be sure to try the cardamom coffee!

This place was a real and OUTSTANDING culinary experience, with AWESOME service.Food is delicious and the portions are very good. The service as explained was extraordinary, the waiter took the time to explain about the meals, since the names were in Lebanese and provided good recommendations. The day we went there was a belly dance show, so it made our visit to be more involved into the culture. If you are looking for new tastes and looking for different International food, this is the place. Average meal cost is around 7500 ($12.5) colones. Recommended for sure.
