My girlfriend and I wanted to try this new place, we already knew the location since we have been living in Malta for a very long time and we love that spot of Corinthia Hotel. Everything was simply perfect from the booking, the very warm welcoming, the professional service (congrats to Nicolai and the sommelier which I don’t remember the name), and the superb food. The chef came personally to our table explaining us about the degustation menu and telling us about every single dish. We are long time clients of the company, but this place overwhelmed the previous experiences with them. When we finished the main we had to skip the dessert since we were too full, and we asked to see Chef Yushi again to thank him personally for the amazing food experience! Very well done guy! Thumbs up!
