Apadana is the one and only Persian restaurant in Huddersfield and surrounding. Apadana has recreated the beauty and warmth of Persia in a friendly and enjoyable environment. Apadana is located in central Huddersfield, No 9 Railway Arches , Viaduct street
We got recommended to visit Apadana by a colleague from work. Never actually experienced this style of cuisine, what a welcome surprise. The ambiance of the place is fantastic, staff are extremely welcoming and very efficient. We ordered a mezze stater with the fresh bread which was delicious, however a little too much for us to finish. The main meal was skewered chicken and lamb, the rice with the meal was supper light with great texture, (how do they do that?). In all a fantastic experience and a delicious meal well worth a visit. Parking outside the the returner us limited, however we parked on a carpark located on Bath Street, which is free after 18:00hrs and is only a two minute walk to Apadana.

Authentic Turkish Cuisine with a modern twist.
We had a great experience at The Ephesus .we were made to feel very welcome. It was our wedding anniversary, service was excellent as was the food.We had the offer of spend £45 and get a bottle of wine excellent value.I had a vegetarian dish which was delicious .My wife had a lamb stew which she loved and the little one had chicken fajitas all well presented. We were given a free dessert chocolate orange cake and limoncello to toast our anniversary.Special mention to our waitress(sorry didnt get your name but you were from lithuania and also the greek guy from piraeus.Thank you both for making the evening extra special. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant has only been open since December 2010 and is run by two Syrian chefs, husband & wife.
Med-One is a really nice, cozy restaurant with lovely authentic Lebanese food. Itâs not the bigest place so worth booking first. Service is very good and prompt and the food is always excellent. There is a good choice of dishes and all at very good prices. So all-in-all Iâd recommend Med-One to anyone and weâll certainly be back again soon!

Popped into town for a few drinks and decided to try Ugarit menu had plenty choices some unusual mixtures. Having never eaten Lebanese before I played it safe with halloumi starter and a chicken skewers main my colleagues chose chicken wraps chicken biryani and lamb in yogurt with rice, the food was well presented and tasted delicious the chicken was really tender and moist I loved the terrines of yogurt given with each dish my favourite , staff were attentive and friendly and the restaurant had an authentic feel to it . The whole bill was £45 which was amazing value I would definitely eat here again
