We wanted to try something different and we were not disappointed! We had the set price lunch £10 inclusive of a large glass off wine. The owners sister waited on us and was very friendly and attentive giving us some free taster sweet treats with the second wine we purchased. We had a chicken dish with Persian bread and a pomegranate salad which was very fresh and tasty. I wanted the Dahl but it had sold out, so will return again for another girly lunch to try something different. I am sorry it's taken so long for me to write a review as we did visit over a month ago. Great value, friendly service in a lovely setting.

The Eastern Eye Indian Restaurant in Plymouth has been serving some of the best contemporary Indian cuisine direct from Bangladesh for over twenty years. Welcome to one of Plymouth's best loved Indian restaurants. Fresh ingredients are used wherever possi
Locals recommended this place, food was really good. Tandoori chicken was delicious served on a hot sizzler but normally when ordering this dish it comes with a vegetable/curry sauce. When asked which sauce I wanted I find on the bill they charged me £5.95 which is expensive to say the least. My friend had a chicken Bhuna and I probably got a bit of her sauce! Saying this the food is good but in the experience side. Staff are friendly but they were heavy on asking if you wanted side dishes.

What a fabulous little restaurant! Delicious, authentic Turkish cuisine, friendly service and a delightfully intimate atmosphere. It was perfect for the small family celebration of our Ruby Wedding anniversary. The chef's special chicken dish was attractively presented and several in our party opted for it. Others chose the Iskender kebab, and one person had fish. Salads were crisp and fresh with a light, yummy dressing. Our starters included red lentil soup flavoured with fresh herbs, an auberfine dish and plates of mixed meze. All very tasty. The baklava tasted fresh and wonderfully sweet and nutty. Gin lovers should definitely try the fragrant Turkish Delight gin, which has a delicate rose flavour and comes dressed with iced fruits.Nice attention to detail and a relaxed ambience. All very Turkish! Everything anyone could want for a lovely dining experience. And reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommendedThank you so much for your lovely review. Its really does mean a lot to hear that our chefs and waitresses are meeting customer expectations. We hope to see you again in the future. Kind Regards The Management Team
